I guess someone had to pull the 360 into it, huh?
Yep, here are the mature gamers we read so much about...lol!
Do you mean to tell me that Killzone 2 isn't 72% more fun than Halo Reach after all?
Random blog posts FTL. :( Just feeding the flames.
Oh my gosh! Some real news! And what's funny is that so many here haven't seen real news in so long that they think it's a conspiracy!
Oh well, I guess with no real information the conspiracy nuts will fill in the gaps. People get fired all the time. It sucks, but it happens.
Unless it is specifically fixed it isn't right to say it's a non-issue. Because as things stand now this can happen again on 3/1/2014. I want to know that with the next firmware update there's no chance of this happening again.
Two articles and done? Are you serious? You mean an article every two minutes, right?
Maybe now that the PS3 has had a goof maybe we can put these silly hardware arguments to rest and play some games.
The Wii has had its problems, too. There was a firmware update that bricked some folks, and all of the laser errors that cropped up when Brawl released as the first dual-layer disc. They've all had their issues.
That's a good haul for a game like Heavy Rain. Very nearly bought it this afternoon, but I'm going to wait until the weekend so I can get some sleep this week. Had it in my hands. I know I'll stay up all night playing it and I have too much work to do this week.
Years? Only took a few days to fix mine.
Well, if it's the older consoles then where's all of the "faulty hardware" outrage from the people who care about such things? A problem that fixes itself isn't really fixed. Especially when it comes to system software that runs the hardware.
It'll be interesting to see how it all turns out.
So this is purely a pre-Slim hardware problem that has nothing to do with the fact that nothing happened until PSN went down? All those clocks just bonked out at once and it's a hardware issue?
Normally if I can't sign into PSN I can still play games. That's so odd.
I'm not logging into PSN any time soon. Hopefully everyone's console is fine once the problems are over.
"Something tells me this will sell a little too well on the 360..."
Um, it's a PSP game...
It'll probably sell better considering more consumers will be able to buy it due to it being available on multiple platforms.
You wouldn't see price fixing by going to the store and purchasing a drive. You wouldn't see it at all. That's the point.
That must mean that Killzone 2 is 72% more fun!
Ok, I was going to wait a while for this one since I'm still catching up on a few from late last year. But I may have to put those games on hold and dive into this.
But the PS3 lost two USB slots.
