Agreed, not to mention time. Adding DD + retail games, 3 consoles, 2 handhelds, I now have more games I want to play than I have time... it forces me to make difficult choices.
I'm going to go on a limb and speculate that it will be a mouse with no trackball and no laser, just using internal gyros so no need to even be on a surface. Maybe this mouse could even be used as a wiimote clone for the PC.
For me the following is as memorable as "giant enemy crabs":
PUPPIES ARE CUTE!!!
jkhan, this is from "bruceongames" a well known PS3 hater. I wish we could put some sources on an ignore list, like we can do for some users. I like all my consoles, hating one or another is counterproductive.
I think given all the previews and after playing the demo that it is much safer to rent (hence at the top of gamefly) than to risk buying it.
Good one Lumbo, actually the video says 2005 : )
@kevnb, I understand that's why I specified that it shouldn't be automatic checkpoints. In Bioshock it was automatic, they should have had a screen that popped up and asked "continue\respawn or reload from last save point?"
And I agree that System Shock 2 was better.
I agree that it should have had more save points. For people wanting to prove their superior gaming skills, they can decide not to save and play the entire game without saving.
As long as it is not automatic checkpoints but player initiated saves, it's a nice option to have for any game. Then a game can caters to both end of the player spectra.
Sometimes, I just don't have the luxury of long playing sessions or I get interrupted, being able to save often is much wel...
I agree clintos59, bubbles. I would rather like to see a new Onimusha game.
And Persona 4!
Too bad though it (DQIX) will be somewhat limited (graphics) by the platform it's coming out on.
EDIT: To the disagrees and the "no limitation" claims.
This is what we had last time:

And this is what people will get this time:
@ 1.1, I'm still keeping an opened mind, just being cautious after the let down that was Red Steel. If it gets good reviews I'll definitely rent it.
Sorry but looking at screenshots it still looks like PS2 graphics. For example looking at the hand and the gun, which should be the most detailed since it's kind of static compared to the 3D rendered world, it is still not anywhere close to the "current gen".
Now the gameplay might be good. I just think they are hyping their graphics more than they should.
This guy speaks the truth. Don't work in the gaming industry but other software industry and everything he says I have witnessed. It doesn't mean it will always be like that but it's how it has been for the last few years and today still.
"Puppies are cute!"
Sorry couldn't resist, that's the first thing that comes up to mind whenever I see Wii now. The second thing being a bunch of old people pretending to play music by head bobbing and randomly pushing buttons.
If true I guess that qualifies as a drama queen?
First, they take a dig at Blu-ray and talk about DD again. With more and more providers adding monthly download caps in their service plan, good luck with that.
So they talk about future 4k\8k displays and wireless HDMI but the only thing they could show was upscaling SD content. Sad.
Wi-Fi while convenient lags in performance compared to wired ethernet. It doesn't bode well for wireless HDMI in the near future. Who wants to watch an HD movie with dropouts, lag, an...
