Yeah, because I can play Persona 4, MGS, Ninja Gaiden and stuff that requires buttons on my phone.
After the PSP who honestly thought that the market hadn't shrunk for handhelds? It clearly has, but to say that everyone is content and happy with phone games is just deluding themselves.
Sit on the subway and play Ninja Gaiden? Or sit on the subway and play Middle Manager of Justice? Pretty easy decision.
@Neotribe
Every game is hacked to shit, or you just really suck. It's probably the latter.
If you can't tell the difference between Skullgirls and MUGENS, you should probably just shush.
Skullgirls features original characters, Art, animation and is tested. This all costs money, the idea that you think you should get characters that match the quality of Skullgirls for nothing is just silly.

Is a Ninja Gaiden game multiplayer....
I think no would be the obvious answer to that.
*Below*Sure COOP, but COOP isn't MP.
Because the entire PC community is 6 million users, and focused entirely on Steam. The actual active users is somewhere in the neighborhood of 54-55 Million (On Steam) and the number you tried to downplay was users online at one time.

Can you really make the assumption that a pirated copy, means the user who downloaded that copy never purchased the game legally?
There was no demo available, how many pirated copies were purely to see if peoples systems could run the game?
CoD is a bad example, the PC crowd largely abandoned it long ago. It should also probably be pointed out that a very large portion of what CoD does end up selling is on Steam, not retail.
You assume, far to much about the PC gaming crowd as a whole. I wish I could make sweeping generalizations about a whole group of people, but some people require more than "A few PC gamers" before making statements like yours.
@Hawkeyejon
I think he means the Wii.
I would really like to know how many people just threw out a RROD 360 and bought a new one. I'm sure some people did, but it's pretty easy to contact MS and have it replaced.
I had issues with PS3's locking up on a regular basis to the point where I had to take them back not long after purchasing them, I also had Blu Ray drives die. So should we assume the PS3 numbers are inflated too?
Biased people are boring people.
It varies, you can definitely beat Bioshock in no time if you know where you are going and don't explore.
I'm sure this will work just like that game where my time played is greatly inflated because I spent a bunch of time just farting around.
*edit*Regarding the game’s length, Levine said that the game is on par with first Bioshock game. Or for him at least.
That's from the article, so I really don't see what we have to wor...
And the length of the average story oriented shooter is! 6-8 hours. The length of the game is fine, and if the price is an issue for you than just wait until the game goes on sale or hits a price drop.
And for the love of Jebus, multiplayer isn't really value added. I bought Spec Ops The Line and never touched the multiplayer, what's the point of wasting my time on half baked MP?
Hellshighway certainly wasn't as good as Road to Hill 30 or Earned in Blood, but it definitely wasn't awful. That and squad based World War 2 isn't something that pops up often.
I dunno, seems crazy to put down a game based on one you didn't like that came out 4 years ago.
I chose to play Far Cry 3 on the 360 over the PC purely to see what people are squeezing out of the aging hardware. I'm well aware that my PC will run it at a higher resolution, framerate, with AA and AF. Buttttt at the end of the day I'm playing the same game and it's really not a game changer.
The game looks good on the PC, it looks sharper and sports wayyyyy better textures, player skins and foliage. But that's like saying the sky is blue, this is true of a...
Considering Beyond isn't a game in the same vein as KZ3, Uncharted or Halo 4 it isn't half as impressive. It's real easy to optimize shit when the game is about as dynamic as a book.
Weather/whether. These are not interchangeable!
I really liked the first game, playing as a random Rebel soldier or a Storm Trooper was really neat, far removed from the usual type of game that gets released in the Star Wars universe.
Battlefront 2 just kinda killed it for me, and it was purely just seeing Darth Vader and other characters wandering around. I just couldn't get over that stuff. But to say that Battlefront doesn't deserve a game on the 360/PS3 or next gen consoles is silly.
Finally someone with some semblance of reason, seriously.
My friends and family- Free everywhere else, but more or less only on XBL.
MSX was manufactured by more than one company, you can get a Sony, Yamaha, Panasonic MSX. I feel it's also worth pointing out the MSX was a product of a very, very, VERY different time. You can't compare the success of the MSX to the Xbox, especially when the MSX launched before the NES in Japan.
The selling point is better, robust games with an emphasis on more than just SIMPLE gameplay. You took one small part of what I said and ran with it, trying to be a smart ass.
PLaying Grand Theft Auto on my phone was just about the worst experience I could have chose. Buying a Blutooth controller renders the devices portability moot, and the gameplay found in the average iPhone game is pretty boilerplate. Exceptions like Year Walk and Sword and Sworcery aren't the norm.
