Ah, guess he stays put then. Oh well.
Besides our souls? Who the heck knows at this point.
I'd like for them both to continue on the same site. Professional opinions on the industry like theirs is stuff I enjoy keeping track of. I would especially enjoy a more streamlined site with less people I don't like. For example I really don't like AnnoyedGamer. I think he's very pretentious and unfairly judgmental of others. His instigation of Phil Fish didn't earn any points for me either.
Same here. Over the past year I stopped watching because of how weird the shows and site layout had gotten. The community over there isn't very good either.
I like Pach Attack more than Pachter's predictions. His opinions are a lot smarter than the predictions are, at least on the show. He's very professional there. He still makes dumb predictions though.
Hearing it's more than just co-op with three is good news in my book. Can't wait to play this. :)
It's a multiplayer shooter with a lot of connectivity, not an MMO.
Wish they would demonstrate these modes before announcing numbers like these. People always seem to interpret them negatively.
I think you completely misread the headline you didn't read past.
45. vs 4.5 would be true next gen multiplayer. I kid. this game will be fabulous.
Seriously. There has to be a cheap way to distribute those games.
Plenty of mature franchises have gained popularity in the past. If Sega would market these games properly, perhaps they would find a greater audience. But Sega never knows what to do it seems. They don't even really know what to do with their mascot right now.
I'll tell you what will happen. Sega making money that they apparently don't want.
Not bad, honestly. Beta/demo access and a copy of the game is a pretty sweet deal for those who have backed it. Never heard of Chris Roberts though. For those who don't know, what else has he worked on in the past.
There are devs who are as big as EA or even bigger who don't participate in the same crappy practices. That doesn't matter to EA. In order to make them stop doing scummy things, gamers need to not buy the scummy products. Vote with your wallet if you want change.
More funding means they can develop more for the game, use more assets and make the game generally bigger. Mo' funding = mo' game, in theory at least.
You guys don't find this exciting? I think it's really cool that an indie game is gaining so much backing success. Puts many AAA games to shame how this unknown dev has gotten all of this money for a completely new IP just for making it look good enough for people to talk about it.
I dunno. I think it's really cool that we can keep talking about how successful it's gotten.
@MaxwellBuddha That's what I was thinking, lol. I think this game will do just fine and probably make a little something extra once its publicly released.
@LOL_WUT
That actually makes sense. I don't see why fans would ever be satisfied with Nintendo's handling of online multiplayer. It's been over a year and the first online multiplayer game is actually hitting Wii U in about a month. 3D World, NSMBU, Pikmin 3 and Donkey Kong all should have had online multiplayer.
10th Rider is right. Some companies will do whatever they think they can get away with to rip off their consumers. So you need to keep an eye on those shady offers and refuse them if you feel they are not worth it. It sends a message that consumers will not tolerate foolery like that.
