ZING! Hopefully this experiences pushes Nintendo to bring out Metroid faster.
Hey, if people can make it happen and people enjoy seeing them in motion, why oppose it?
Seeing how well Bravely Default has done definitely is pleasing and should motivate Square to do more fan friendly games in future.
Haha, love these videos. Something very adorable about seeing kids react to stuff. To anyone unfamiliar with these videos, I'd suggest also seeing the Teens React to Slender and Adults React to Hatsune Miku. Great stuff. :P
You're the first person I've seen say you bought a Wii U for Hyrule Warriors, but power to ya. My purchase was for Mario Kart and Smash specifically, but I'd like to get this too. Seems like a bunch of Zelda fanservice awaits in this one. :)
I guess that depends upon the performance of the games currently in pipeline, such as FF Explorers.
Hmm, not a massive bump but having both Capcom and Square on the system is good news.
Same here. This game seems to have some decent writing behind its story. Can't say the same for '06. Gameplay can't be nearly as buggy either.
Don't see what all the disagrees are for. Sonic '06 is pretty terrible in every way imaginable. At least this game has more potential in its story and visuals.
The new CoD appears to be using a new engine though and the older games were still finished and not plagued with bugs.
Most certainly will when I can.
Demise was straight up scary. That dude is one of the most intimidating mothers I've ever seen. Girahim was funny. He was such a flamboyant creep that you loved to hate him. I hope Nintendo creates a new tradition where they keep bringing in new villains instead of just using Ganondorf or servants for him.
Reminds me of Halo on PC back in the day. I once joined a pretty laggy game where some guy was trying to find women to join his personal server. It was actually rather funny. On topic, I can see why this upsets people, but it's Mojang's game and they're free to do whatever they want with it.
GCN came out in 2001 right? Didn't Wii come out in 2007? GCN had a full life cycle.
Yeah, in most cases it was considered an afterthought, not proactively avoided. Which is why I always scratch my head at such controversies. RE5 is racist, Tomodachi Life is homophobic, etc. No game publisher WANTS to alienate an audience, certainly not by purposefully omitting minority groups from their narratives.
The Link in that storyline is such an awesome badass. I really want to play a game with him as the hero. :)
ChackeyCantor has it just about right. The timeline starts with Skyward Sword, then Minish Cap, then Four Swords. Then you have Ocarina of Time and it branches out from there depending on two different outcomes. If Link is defeated, it splits off into its own timeline where Hyrule falls into decline and it leads to the older games on GB, NES and SNES. If he wins, it splits into the child timeline (MM and TP) and the adult timeline (WW). Here's a link to the timeline itself. :)
What matters is if you enjoy the game. Representation can play a small part in sims that give you freedom to do certain things, but overall it comes second to the gameplay.
Nowadays I'm one of the most positive of Wii U commenters but I can tell you it didn't start out that way. There was a time where I didn't have much interest in the system. Nowadays my interest is invigorated and it's because Nintendo is putting a lot of effort into pleasing fans and putting out exciting content which is something they have not done for a long time.
Lot of great stuff coming out that year. Fall this year will be nice but 2015 is going to be crazy good for everybody.
