Odd. I think this may have been available for a while. Or my local Gamestop clerk was just awfully nice to me. He let me pre-order this a couple of day after Smash fest.
Million dollar answer right there. I would love for a 3DS player.
Steam gives out free things from time to time too. I feel as though Steam's success led to it becoming a very community based platform. It's hard to move away from that to just about anything, let alone Origin.
Goodness me, I remember this fellow's puppet from when I was a tot. Now that is one heck of a trip down memory lane... now I feel old. XD
I don't think it's guaranteed but it does seem like a likely possibility.
lol I saw this on The Patch today. Whoever made that is a genius.
I'm none too fond of EA myself, mostly because of how they handle microtransactions and of course Battlefield 4's unfinished state. It would take a lot to convince me to buy games off of an online platform that they own.
edit: @JoelsMad Free indeed, and free's never bad. But Steam does do free demos and "Play for the weekend for free" events with some games as well. Not sure if this is more robust, but Steam does also do the free thing a bit.
Hear, hear. Visual appeal does indeed help the game catch the attention of the player but if actually playing it isn't fun then what good is it?
Man, doing this one iconic character for three decades. That's pretty awesome. There's got to be an award for that.
That's a fair point. Hopefully this new coop they are trying out will ultimately work out for the best.
There at least needs to be some form of compensation if it cannot be a full blown refund. That isn't fair to the consumer when the game isn't even out yet.
lol Fantastic. Bubble up.
Yes, I understand that. But Sony's first party franchise have a lot of western success. I would have liked to see a bigger push with those franchises on Vita, not just third parties in Japan.
Been playing Elder Scrolls IV on my buddy's 360 and hearing Sean Bean in it was a welcome surprise. I like it a lot more when I don't know about the talent ahead of time. Makes discovering them more fulfilling. :)
Not the same thing dude. Being a fan and having talent are separate things.
It's better when celebrities are used in moderation, if at all. Uncharted and The Last of Us is proof that you don't need celebrities to carry your game's narrative.
Bah. Another duplicate. I hope the next post has actual confirmation. :(
Yeah, the free advertising argument feels like a very situational one. Not all games that get LP'd necessarily benefit from it. I agree, compromise is the way to go.
Love the heck out of him. Almost as much as Yoshida. Such great people in the industry. :D
Yeah that was the vibe I got too. TLOUR is going to look and run gorgeously in comparison. :)
