That's one plus, I guess.
He ain't kidding, he's trolling.
You mean Thief? I never played Theft. :P
I think it had to do well in Japan first and that might not have happened. Too bad if so. :(
Since both games have a touch screen involved, I like the idea of a "Smash God" creating mayhem for the other characters, drop random items and just generally driving the course of the battle. It would be a fun little party mode if anything.
Two of those three things are in public online and all three are online with friends. :P
I believe they confirmed Minecraft on PS4 and the Vita at the same time. Possibly PS3 as well, I don't quite remember.
edit: xboxpete, I was just answering AceBlazer13's question.
*MILD SPOILERS*
Joel's situation was far more morally ambiguous which makes the story far more intriguing. With Booker, you knew he was the good guy. Joel not so much. His motivation was completely selfish and potentially made everything worse for everyone in the grand scheme. It basically made for better storytelling.
Fun fact: Joel and Booker are mocapped and voiced by the same guy, Troy Baker. I flipped out when I looked it up. :P
Bioshock Infinite's ending is a lot to take in, but one of the worst twists ever? I thought it was fairly easy to understand when the credits were rolling.
I dislike EA quite a bit but I wouldn't want them to go out of business. That's a lot of jobs going down the toilet.
@Volkama That's the catch 22 of it. Games are expensive entertainment, both to make and to buy when they first come out for the most part. You not only need to make a great and economical experience but it also needs to have some level of appeal and sell. If it doesn't, then you lose money. Charging games higher prices will not help all games sell. Very few franchises could get away with that. Charging lower prices will just force lower budgets on developers.
Resident Evil 6 had a team of five hundred people or more. Food for thought. :P
I'm actually quite surprised by this news. Isn't CryEngine widely used?
Only if the prices stay that way, which I doubt. I think PS Now will thrive, even if I'm not entirely on board with game streaming.
Good idea. It really feels a lot like jumping the gun. People expressing displeasure with the prices is actually a healthy thing, but calling it "the nail in the coffin" is overly dramatic.
These prices are placeholders to test the waters and not final. I agree that they are quite high for my tastes, but I don't doubt Sony plans to lower the prices themselves. I would also expect even lower prices for PS+ users.
Doesn't this service mostly apply to PS3, PS2 and PS1 games? Correct me if I'm wrong. Either way, it'd be pretty awesome to have PS4 games and maybe even Vita games on there as well.
Last I heard, Sony took a lot of stops to break even as oppose to financial decline. Sony will be fine, they're not going bankrupt.
N64 Rainbow Road. :P
LOL Fair enough! XD
