Public lobbies will be done server side, not console side. Hosting a public space with 64 people on would be like hell. Now obviously, private appartments will be done console side.
And remember that the 64 users limit is just for one "zone"
So there will be 64 persons in the arcades zones, 64 in the movies zone, etc. It's not a 64 cap for a whole public area.

Yeah, no doubt, they only started to work on a huge project like Home right after seeing this post, in sept 2005
VJ and Okami are excellente game, AND they're artistic.
Okami bombed in Japan, but that's because japanese gamers aren't fan of action adventure games. Hell, even ZELDA doesn't sell great there. Wiiplay sells like three times more.
So capcom decided not to distribute the game widely in US and EU.
That was a stupid move, and Clover isn't responsible.

I got your point and it's completely irrelevant.
Maybe if you'd think just 3 minutes before you post, you'll understand that not all 360 owners go on neoGAF.
So take the number of 360 owners on neoGAF, take the number of users saying their 360 fried, and you'll end up with a very signifant percentage. Far, far, far more than the 3-5% MS is trying to push.
Just like IGN who had all their 360 die :]
