The Wii isn't selling like crazy. It's hard to find one, but that's because they ship very, very few consoles.
Here most shops don't even know when they'll get new shipments, and when they do, they get like 5 consoles...
I know people that preordered theirs in late december, they still do not have it.

AFAIK the guys from Naughty are only working on this project. Blizzard had WoW at the same time. Seems like they concentrated their efforts on their MMO and dropped the starcraft spin off

So if PS3 games look worse, it's the developpers fault. Because Oblivion is a perfect example that worse textures etc are just a matter of developping skills (or time put in it, optimisation, or whatever you want) and not a inferior hardware.
