It's been known for months that this game allows a better XMB access than any other game
Because each SCE is independant and can take their own decisions.
Hence why SCEA chose the price drop, and SCEE a bundle. When you think about it, 2 games and a controller are about 170€. So that'sreally a great deal.

But it requires the 1.2 patch to work. And this patch is only available for european gamers.
Don't DL the TA mode until you get the 1.2 patch (which can be downloaded by just booting the online mode).
And for people who "bricked" their game, just delete the 1.1 patch info (in game data managing) and go online to DL the 1.2 patch. THEN get the TA on the PSN.
Not a big deal actually.
Of course consoles out perform PC.
Give me the price of a PC that could handle Motorstorm or Gears at the same quality level than a PS3 or a 360.

600$ in the US = without counting taxes
Now add the fact that the average tax in the US is 10% vs 20% ineurope, and maybe you'll understand the price difference
