Motorstorm should be taken as it is. A fun arcade game.
It shouldn't be compared to Forza or GT. Not even PGR.
Of course, lack of content should make the score a bit lower. But THAT low ?

I mean, obviously, since those are multi platforms games, developpers can't use the potential of BRD for the game. Since it must be done on a DVD for the 360, it won't use the extra space offered by the blu-ray. That's common sense.
Mid january MS said sold yah. And admitted it was "sold in", that is sold to retailers, not consumers.
nexgenwars isn't really reliable. A few days after Wii launch, they were already at like 700k Wiis sold, and then update their site back to 400k, saying "huh yes well, we had new informations, so huh... bah whatever"
They don't even give any sources, VGcharts do.
I personnaly think nexgen isn't closer to the real sales.

I've always been fond of the R&C series. Insomniac brought a really nice personnal touch to the genre. Much more than the classical J&D from their friends ND (even though i also really like J&D).
I just hope they're not just gonna improve the graphics but throw a couple new ideas. The last episode didn't bring that much innovation compared to the first two ones.

RFoM is lag free, with 40 players games. You can check this everywhere on boards etc.
This is the advantage of dedicated servers. You PAY for online gaming on the 360, and the servers sucks, because they're P2P like and are completely dependant on the host's line quality.
Yah, sure, they're gonna work on crazy asian games that never got out of asia (not even for import, I'm sure) and they're gonna drop the compatibility of games like Okami, GoW, FFXII, etc etc.
And all this for the EUROPEAN launch.
That makes sense, really.

I'm too lazy to count, but it's nowhere near 4000.
PS1 AND PS2 combined have about 8000 games, that's always what has been reported when they gave BC percentages numbers for the US/jap PS3 versions.
