I've done a small comparison of R&C vs Kameo, for fun.

Of course, this is completely on par, yeah right

They shipped like 220k PS3's to UK. Sold 170k on first week. And haven't supplied stores again yet.

So what, did you expect to see 200k PS3's sold ? They should have hired Jesus to multiply PS3's I guess

Why would people camp when they could pre order one easily ?

Redmond, Wash. — April 1, 2007 — Microsoft Corp announced today that new iterations of the Xbox 360 video games console are now manufactured with quality processes. Redmond's software giant claims that hardware issues will now drop below 0.01%

Merry April's fools, folks

PS3's selling waaaaaay better than 360 in Japan.

And in Europe, looks like it's confirmed.

Now the NA market ?

Sorry :/

But to be fair, the Wii actually is the fastest selling console

Funny, but completely irrelevant to the topic. But this is just another flame bait from Mart, as usual.
Instead of spending time to pick a trolling image, he should fix spelling issues :P

Back on topic. I think Kutaragi is brilliant. Very brilliant. But when it comes to PR or relations in general, it looks like he's a total ass.

Well, I think turning an analogue signal into a digital one wouldn't give lossless results.

When it comes to image quality, HDMI really is superior to Component. It's not hugely noticeable, but image is more clear and stable with HDMI. Nothing surprising here, digital signals are allways better than analogue ones, would it be video or sound

Very relevant to the topic, gratz.

Lies like IGN having all their 360's fried ? Sure.

And why buy another one ? Well, if the guy has 10 games, and likes em, maybe he doesn't want to just drop them because his console died ?

Low rez textures on the background with an overabused out of focus effect sure is a thing every programmer should learn from Epic.

Not.

I never ever had any problem with my controller, and so did all my friends who own a PS3.

That said, none of us use other equipment that could interfere with it.

I'll just quote myself

"Universal is the only studio to support HD-DVD only"
"HD-DVD only"

:P

Wow, no luck. Universal is the only studio to support HD-DVD only, and still their movies don't work on HD-DVD players.

Sucks :/

awww c'mon, you disappointed me there GamR. You usually come with nice infos, but this one was really lame. Retailers release dates suck in 90% cases.
This is a so obvious "hey guys ! when know when it's out, preorder from us !" selling trick.

I'd vote lame for this one :P

A NEW SKU just for a 20GB HDD increase doesn't make any sense. Especially when the constructor isn't a greedy ass and doesn't force you to use HIS hard drive formats at like 2 times the price.

Disc images are barely compressable.

And the 360's DVDs can only hold 7GB of game data max

#6> Nintendo never ever was sues by Immersion. And worse, Immersion didn't even have a look at the technologies used by nintendo in their controllers

#7> Sony eventually did pay for the rumble, was announced a while ago now
