"Also Geohot is probably more intelligent than a lot of the posters here "
Doesn't really mean much.
Albert Einstein was a genius with science but he was very bad with math.
Just because he know's how to circumvent security doesn't mean every choice he makes is right.
And that fight fire with fire analogy is not 100% workable.
Apparently 1 person out there hates free stuff. :p
@ArmrdChaos
Rookits? no. Stealing code? Possibly.
Jesus people are quick to dish hate.
Free people...it's free.
You can tell how many didn't read the articles from the comments.
"Yeah, okay. If they were capable of this, it would've been done long ago. "
Psssh...they're just saving the good stuff for later.
Don't you know hackers are apparently the salvation of the people from what they say. They promise us stuff that people want.
Firmwares are just the evil man trying to take you down. If you don't get it, i'm being sarcastic here.
That'd be hilarious and traumatizing at the same time. :p
@Godmars290
What would the lost exclusive dance even look like?
@KingME
How is anything what you said falls under ethics?
"BrianC6234 + 1h ago
What a stupid comment."
The irony is palpable here.
"So you agree that the PS3 version of Crysis in that video looks better than the 360? "
How the fu...
Nevermind...You're gonna twist words anyways.
@digitalivan
KaKaRoToKS stated that it's a pain in the ass to even try anymore...
So what's this about them being ahead of companies?
@StanLee
The abuse of advertising their search engine in times of the Earthquake/Tsunami incident.
And i know this doesn't follow under ethics entirely, but:
Willingly sold products with known knowledge of faulty parts within it.
@pixelated
You do know that they stated the PS3 one was the closest build to the retail right?
The 360 one was running older code.
It's not so much of the capabilities, it's how you make your engine.
The thing with Crytek though is that they're too conceited and impatient in putting out their comments. First started with their piracy line from Crysis 1.
With the coding libraries, it's much easier to go from PC -> 360 than it is from PC->PS3.
My concern is if their engine is optimized this time around, cause that was the main issue with Crysis 1. =...
You know the funny part.
For those that are ousting him rightfully so, how many of you applies to the idiom "Pot calling the kettle black"?
Seen it one too many times people get on a person's case for illegally downloading games, yet they've either watched TV shows online, downloaded music, etc.
;)
What existed? That game never happened!
*lost 360 exclusive dance*
(Just playing along with what you said)
@mauler
Tbh i'd rather have the other "vets" be somewhere else. Some of our groups that have rolled since the first Socom are enjoying the beta so far.
Granted there's areas that need improvement, and considering it's going to be a consistently supported online game, I have hope within it.
And for those trigger happy people that comment without thinking: That's not the original mode within the beta. The original 1 l...
Wow even in an article about someone being saved from potentially committing suicide and you guys have to roll ignorant nationalism comments into it. -_-
Apparently people love just bad mouthing companies on this site without even thinking.
This isn't a "demo" in how people skew the definition.
Instead it's usually "Screw them" or "**** 'em they won't get money from me"
@shadow skill
Still doesn't stop that he altered the OS, even if they decided to treat it as a PC.
