You just typed out what I was thinking as well. Even then, they took into account games that may require 2 controllers, but is only up to 2 players.
Edit: I like how your typo was the only piece that was weird and funny at the same time with the "=". =p
Double Edit: Ok for those that disagreed with me, explain why instead of randomly doing that.

There's one proof of this situation. If people do research, they can get things cheaper than the average market price. That's not the definite search, but you ...
There are HDTVs out there that are cheaper than the systems. It doesn't even have to be a big one. I got my TV that can go up to 1080, and I only had to pay $250 for it, plus has HDMI slot, and even then I got it through QVC, ALSO through small payments as well. I'm not trying to sound rude here or anything, but if you have a PS3/360 and not feeling like you want to scrounge up for a HDTV, there's a little something wrong about that.
We're talking about essentially HD systems. ...
is much better.
It's FREE to use. And you can use it across any game, any console. =p
if no one else has called them out earlier on this situation.
They first said that the servers were down to overwhelming demand on the PC games, and then they said "It's due to hackers that hit our servers it were down".
How much more PR bull are they going to actually spin here? =\
They know the DRM is frowned upon from people, yet don't want to admit it.
Will Just Cause 2 be one of the highest games on that list of bans?
" I say again, a review is NOT their personal opinion, it's their professional assessment"
Then tell me why a lot of professional assessments are off then? Explain why in the world a game would get so much flak for doing one thing, where 2-3 other games in the immediate past were apparently fine with. Explain to me why someone who HATES a genre would still review a game in that genre?
You may call it "professional assessment" but it still ends in ...
@Alcon Caper
Explain how Alone in the Dark got the same score by them, despite the PS3 version having gameplay fixes of the 360/Wii versions?
@Shadow Flare
That's because the gaming media have been butchered to hell and back. There's already bias, so they figure they might as well stick to it. It's a US company, so it helps them vs ones like Famitsu where Nintendo and Sony are Japanese based.
This crap was started ever since we went into this gen of gaming. =\
@Ceekay
For God's sake it was the first hour.
Next you're gonna tell me Demon's Souls was bad because you have to die.
Just to give you all a heads up, there have been more previously from this thread:

I liked this one for some reason:

@van-essa
Some of us weren't in line for MW2.
So what does that say about your argument? =p
You have perfectly explained how I feel on the situation.
Yes it was a hardware bug, but it was a small hiccup. If this was something that knocked it out for days I can kinda understand.
"I think you're mistaken radphil, the compensation was the game UnderTow, if I'm not mistaken."
Problem being with that, is that it was a retail game they only made free for a few days, and then went straight back up onto retail. =|
I remember cause I got it, but honestly with the amount of downtimes before the "week crash", it didn't feel like it felt right, considering that it was something that was even cheap.
@Gamer7l
Except that people paid for the WEEK XBLA was down, and there was no compensation.
@haqshot
You have COMPLETELY missed the point, and that disappoints me.
Click on the article and read.
There's numbers there. :p
Plus you can look on the sites they noted yourself. So far it holds true.
"4 borderline 'adult' games from a back catalogue of over 200 (Heavy Rain is just an interactive movie) keeps the PS3 firmly in the non-serious/casual gamer catergory."
How in the WORLD is God of War borderline? You disembowel everything. ಠ_ಠ
I'm trying to figure out how that matters...
The quality of their products have been slipping BADLY.
Valve is liked because they actually keep an ear open to the customers.
Activision allowed a broken game called MW2 be released and then force them to work on the bugs AFTER.
Which one looks better for the average consumer?
I wouldn't be surprised since...people say PC gaming is dying, yet they want to move the PC stuff over to consoles.
..........yea.......
