It's the concept behind it. Not everyone has $60 to put on multiple games within the plethora of games that come out. What I mean by this is companies throwing out their games within the same timeframe as other ones. The holiday times are a big pain for this one, especially when your children ask for multiple things.
It's really just cornering you into having to pay for a feature for shopping smart in the past.

Got both eerie and jump scares, and the atmosphere leaves you nervous.
Haven't seen a single person yet that didn't get freaked out by that game. With DS, and this was very apparent in 2, you got kinda tired of it after a while, and at times, you predicted situations, like "big room = boss fight or ambush."
