My GOTY 2008 is Fallout3
To me Killzone2 reminds me of both Quake2 and COD4. Which isn't a bad thing as played both games to death.
don't really care as I will be getting all three anyways
from the video it looking like Halo Wars is going to revolutionizes console RTS controls
how many duplicate nicks to do you need?
I have no problems with playing a gay character as long as it's not used as a cheap plot device or a way to make the game controversial.
Just ignore the articles then, heck I avoid all the Microsoft is doomed articles.
It's the start of new year we have at least a few weeks of slow news. Next week will probably be filled with Killzone 2 hype articles which then are followed by Killzone sucks articles and when the December NPD numbers come out back to console sales numbers articles.
definitly not, hopefully Killzone 2 changes this with some hot-man love scenes
I'm the same I prefer the x360 controller in general, though if I remember correctly there is a way to hook up a wired x360 controller to a PS3 using a 3rd party piece of hardware.
Though after playing Resistence 2 campaign, it shouldn't matter too much.
I'm excited about Halo Wars as I am with any title that catches my interest (ie Killzone2, Alan Wake).
Which is rare since I'm usually not a big fan of console RTS games, but since this is one of the first RTS titles that is built around a controller I'm interested in seeing how well the controls work.
I'm look forward to Killzone 2 as well, just not at the same level as some people on n4g. I've found getting too hyped for a single game title often makes you feel disappointed when you actually play the game, but that's just me.
Using the same logic that is displayed in the article/blog every single game publisher must scared of each others game.
interesting, I didn't even know there was a lvl cap at 20. I've been playing Fallout3 for the last three weeks and I just reached lvl 18. So I guess I only have 2 lvls to go in till Feb.
I agree with graphics and based on people's experience with the multiplayer demo. Probably multiplayer as well.
I have my doubts about the storyline being anything but a well done wartime storyline. Which really isn't all that new (Call of Duty4).
at least the language made him easy to spot... another year another user to ignore
Not surprising though this is the first time I've heard of this type of lawsuit. Though with the economic times like they are I'm sure Sony/Nintendo and other publishers will join the lawsuit.
no console is future-proof, it doesn't matter how advance the cell is or how much space a blu-ray disc can hold. There are still parts of the PS3 that will be horribly outdated in a few years time.
It doesn't take someone in depth knowledge to the PS3 hardware to know that 512mb of Ram isn't going to cut it in a few years time
I would preorder, but as a savy shopper. I am pretty sure once the end of February comes around I will be able to find the game cheaper at Walmart, Best Buy or somewhere else.
As I also only play demo's once (doesn't matter if it's single player or multi). I'll likely pass on the preorder bonus.
tried it, and wasn't to impressed, the strategy element was well done but wasn't to impressed with the storyline
Since I have preference to western games, espically western RPGS. I purchased an X360 on launch day. I also picked up a PS3 but I waited one year from it's launch.
