I hated fighting Sephiroth for the simple fact that one is summoning animations was almost a minute long. It also didn't help that I found his character to be a whinny litte b**ch.
best downloadable game I've played to date
I prefer to press ignore
Now back on topic, good news on a possible price drop. I know at least one friend that might purchase a PS3 if the price was lower.
My thoughts on graphics have always been, as long as they don't take away from the gameplay then why not push the graphically envelope.
It's just a shame that gamers are starting to use graphics as a reason not to play a game.
Interesting interview, though after reading a preview of the game over the weekend. Which mentioned a steep learning curve and having to work around the camera. I'm going to give this game a rent before I decided on purchasing.
Though since the developer is Creative Assembly I am sure the battles will be epic in scale.
I couldn't careless about what system is getting what, but I am happy that the game is going to be in my hands in about a year's time.
I was still hoping for a summer release for Alpha Protocol, but it's one of the games I am looking forward to this year.
The developer Obsidian creates great stories and it's going to be interesting to see their take on spy's.
I wonder if it will come with a steal option, as Timbaland has been known to steal music elements from other musicians
amusing, though I am sure there will be some that will not find Killzone2 part funny
Out of the 5 games listed only two are must-buys for me. While the others are waiting on reviews or demos.
Heavy Rain and God of War III
For me big titles are what catches my interest, for example the game I was most looking forward to last year was Fallout3 which was a multi-console release.
This is news how? I remember back when having a DVD drive on your computer was cutting-edge. All you had to do was install the driver that came with the hardware and you were set. Why handle blu-ray any differently.
Espically since standard blu-ray support with computers is still a few years off and by that time Windows 7 will be due at least one service pack.
I don't mind QTE as long as they are used in a cinematic fashion. Also it's a bit unfair to judge Ninja Blade as having too many QTE based on a demo.
they will probably also kick you out if you ask them to play Killzone2 as well, diehard PC gamers general hate any console FPS
Killzone2 definitly has better graphics than Halo3 but everything else is subjective and personal choice when it comes to which game has better levels, control and so on.
Well everyone has a personal preference, and honesty most war FPS bore me to death. Heck I almost didn't finish COD:WW due to lack of interest in the storyline. Now I'm not ready to rule out that Killzone2 has a terrible storyline as I have yet to finish the game.
Though for me so far it lacks the intrigue of the Halo series and the depth of the Half-Life storyline. At the moment I would put it on par with Gears of War.
Great game, I picked up my copy on Friday, and I'm even enjoying the multiplayer part and I'm not big on multiplayer.
My only gripe is the story so far (up to level 5) and how pretty basic it is. The opening cinematic was excellent and dialog gave me goosebumps. Yet as soon I start the game the dialog becomes generic and repetitive. Oh well at least the action and controls are good.
will probably pick up my pre-order of the game sometime today, not really in all that of a rush since I'm going to be at work for another 6 hours or so
oh my god you saw man naked in a video game,
now it's time to worry if you are gay just because you saw some polygons that look like some man's junk, forgetting the fact if you ever played a 3rd person game most likely have stared at muscle armed man for hours... which is total not gay... nope ;)
Wow I'm old but one of the hardest bosses I ever had to fight was the final boss in Ninja Gaiden (nes version).
While not considered a boss, the aircraft carrier in Top Gun was a foul mistress as well.
