Tried the demo, loved the controls espically the cover system.
Graphically the game is the best I've seen, though it doesn't blow every other game out of the water like some people are saying.
Difficulty wise I found it too easy, though that will change when you can actually pick your difficulty level in the full game.
Storywise nothing special but again it is a demo, dialog was generic army so far.
I'm feeling the Killzone2 hype, I wouldn't have pre-ordered the game if I haven't. Just as an old school gamer it's hard for me work in to a frenzy like some people.
Besides we are talking about a demo, I'll probably get a few hours of enjoyment out of it and then have to wait almost a month to play the full game. Why rush through it.
Canada here so unsure when the demo will be up, I'll probably check during my lunch break.
Not in a super rush to play the demo as I am getting to the end of Tomb Raider: Underworld and currently planning on finishing it before the weekend.

Crap, not having the ability to shoot and move ruined the demo for me.
I would have at least liked Capcom to allow the option for limited movement when aiming even if it only allowed you to move backwards.

Short review but it touches on the enemy AI and how it is pretty smart. Half the fun of games like Half-Life and Halo was trying out smart the enemy AI.
The last paragraph says it all "Killzone 2 is a must-buy. It's not the best game on the PS3, but it is the best FPS, and unless your expectations of it were ridiculously high you're not going to be disappointed.".
I think everyone expecting the second-coming of the FPS is going to be let-down with Killzon...

Still not letting myself get lost to all the overwhelming hype that Killzone2 is getting. I'll be giving Killzone2 a try on the 5th. As I just preordered the game yesterday at EB.
Thankfully if I end up liking Killzone2 as much as everyone's hyping it. I will have Fear2 to help me pass the time in till the end of the month.

It's going to be a good couple of weeks, first FEAR2, GTA4 expansion, Killzone2 and possibly Halo Wars.
So far gaming in 2009 is looking good.
Why does everything have to be a competition with some people. Why can't someone just enjoy playing Killzone2 and also enjoy playing FEAR2.

The only part of the RE5 demo I didn't like was the unability to move while shooting. After playing games like "Dead Space" and "Gears of War2" it feels a step back not being able to back up while shooting zombies.

Excellent news, the original F.E.A.R was an amazing game and only reason it wasn't great on the PS3 was due to the lackluster port.

The one thing I find amusing about the entire Edge Killzone2 debate. Is how everyone is using the higher FEAR2 review as justification that Edge is bias or wrong in their review.
Even though no one (outside of reviewers) has played the complete FEAR2 campaign or even Killzone2's campaign.
