I agree with the list, though it does remind me of worst wolverine game that I've played. "Spiderman and X-men" man that game was terrible and to make matters worse it was b-day gift one year.

Disagree completely, Take it from someone who was actually gaming when Valve entered the gaming market. Half-Life innovated the FPS genre with intelligent level design and was one of the first FPS to use interactive events. Something that every FPS seems to use today.

Half-Life 2 continued to innovate the FPS with creative weaponry (gravity gun) and intelligent story telling that actually made you care what happened.

Valve deserves the praise it has in the video gam...

I think it due to the increased cost in making a game this generation. So publishers would rather delay the game for another 6 months to retool the game and try to get back their investment other than release a title that may go straight to the bargin bin.

Out of all 27 games I only agree with 3:
- ABP
- Bad Company 2
- God of War 3

With the majority of the other titles we really need to wait for E3 before to see. Which titles are being pushed and which ones make a no-show or hidden in the back.

Also both Diablo III and DN: Forever were never schedule to come out in 2010.

I hope it's not true I was looking forward to playing the console version this winter.

Now I do have a good enough computer to play the game on PC, but since I already spend close to 8 hours a day on the computer (working). I really have no desire to finish work and get back on the computer for some gaming.

Achievement/Trophies never effect if I purchase a game or not. Though if I like the game enough. I will often spend some additional time and try to collect the Achievements, but it's never for bragging rights.

I disagree as I am still technically amazed by the graphics being pushed out on the 360 by developers.

Though I understand his points and agree that Sony's first party developers are definitly pushing out some nice looking games this year and next.

But as long as developers keep pushing the graphical envelope. I say it's next to impossible for graphics not to improve on 360 as well.

Impressive video, now if I remember correctly the developer of Wanted is also working on the Terminator game.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Wanted game, while it's a tad short to warrant a purchase. It's definitly a fun weekend game, and the new Terminator looks like it will be as well.

meh 90% of the space used in the demo was for video files, what's to worry

the worst game I rented this year and possibly last year as well.

while not in the article, they did mention that game was announced to be coming to the Xbox 360 in a press release ( http://www.mcvuk.com/press-... ).

I love it how Prototype is automatically considered a worse game with some people because it's not a PS3 exclusive.

Personally I have read up on both games and I'm looking forward to trying both and won't make a decision on which one is better in till I've played through both.

Way to early to say, espically 4.41GB of the demo size was video files.

Kind of stupid not to include the US. I doubt its a cost saving move, since it's being released in US on XBLA

While I agree that with their list. They should have added "Letting a villain go after defeating them" to the list. A lot of JRPGS are guilty of this and it has always bugged me.

While I'll wait for a few reviews (or a demo) before I make the decision to purchase Arkham Asylum. I do agree that the game does look promising and sets itself apart from any other licensed game coming out this year.

I never saw what the big issue was with the first Mass Effect. It's not like the sex scene was gratuitous/just added for shock value.

I'm glad Bioware isn't going to shy from controversial issues for the second Mass Effect.

The additional vocal tracks are nice but the additional character looks like it will follow the annoying little boy or girl character that seems to be added in every second jrpg.

not all that surprising

As good as the price is I doubt I will be picking VC up. I gave Valkyria Chronicles a try/rent last year and wasn't too impressed. I ended up going through 8 chapters and decided that the game wasn't for me.
