wow how original
</end sarcasm>
nice trailer but definitly CG, and since the game is coming out for the PSP, PS2 and not PS3. I am sure they aren't using any in-game assists like some people think.
I for one felt the first game was emotional as well. Though it depended on your approach/attitude you took with everyone.
I always found the question of which country developers are superior to the other to be subjective.
Though Atsushi Inaba does bring up a good point that due to globalisation individual developers will matter more then what country they come from. Personally I think we already at that stage.
Race Pro seems to be one of those racing games you either like or hate. From what I've read about the game even on it's easiest difficulty it puts most sim-based games to shame.
The issue most reviewers seem to have with the game is that while the game is challenging and racing itself is pretty good. All the bells and whistles we expect from sim-based racers have been left out.
I'm planning on giving Race Pro a rent this weekend.
Great article, balancing the difficulty of game must be one of the hardest things to do.
I for only like a challenging game experience if it allows the player to use strategy to find a solution to the problem. Instead of button mashing your way to success.
simple they make killer games that are fun to play and innovate.
With Half-Life they innovated the FPS genre by developing a FPS with a great storyline and staged events. With Half-Life2 they continued to innovate the FPS genre with physics based problem solving and physics based weapons.
Most of the people that dislike Valve are PS3 fanboys
embrace the ignore button
It should sell well everywhere besides Japan. It is a gritty/dark FPS shooter and those are selling like hot cakes this generation.
Good news I've been looking forward to playing this game since last spring.
The first time in awhile that I agree with a list with the only game that I haven't played being Marathon.
The Resistance franchise seems to be missing, as it also had a decent storyline. Though I wouldn't replace it any game of the games on the list.
I still have high hopes for "Alpha Protocol"
doesn't really concern me as I've never been a fan of midnight launches though I am interested in why not having one is classified as snubing the game
nothing like comparing someone's opinion of a game with genocide... n4g surprises me yet again
looks good
That takes me back, looking glass used to be one of favorite developers, before they folded.
I consider both Valve and Bioware to be some of top developers in world.
Bioware has yet to make a bad game, sure Mass Effect received mixed reviews but the majority were positive.
Valve has a long history of making ground-breaking games. L4D may be simple FPS but it is fun. Portal has also been considered by some to be top game of 2007.
Good news, it would be awesome news if they also fixed the saved system issue with the first game.
keep the games coming, 2009 is going to be a killer on my wallet
GOTY, but seriously I might end up picking this game up as my wife likes playing games with me, but not big on FPS or shooters
