GOTY hands down
if it is true, hopefully he'll be voicing a character different than this star trek role. Personally I think he should voice a villain.
not for me, I don't think you can really trust someone that murdered his own family.
Interesting turn of events, it seems Disney is slowly creating an amazing internal game studio.
Last year's GOTY for me was Fallout 3 and while Uncharted 2 certainly has a chance for being my GOTY this year. I think it will most likely be Dragon Age or Alpha Protocol.
I think it depends on the genre of game. For me a good storyline is a huge plus, though it's not really needed for sports/racing games.
that could be helpful after chili night
If Raiden was by my side, I would give him a wedgie and call him an emo b*tch
bah the game isn't even out yet
Personally I'm going to wait in till I play every game on my want list for 2009 before I make a decision. As there are still quite a few amazing games coming out this year.
meh, I played the game last year, it was a fun JRPG with a decent storyline.
Sure the PS3 version will have a few new characters and areas and maybe flesh out the story a bit more, but after spending 30+ hours going through the game once. I really have no interest going through the game again.
bingo
Odd, maybe Codemasters needed to make some quick cash.
I've played both games, and both had their positives and negatives.
I preferred the storyline in inFamous and hunting for blue orbs and satellites. Though I found the super powers to be a tad unoriginal, with the exception of the last power.
Prototype's story was pretty simple and was able to figure out the twist a mile away. I found the super powers to be well done and somewhat original, though shame it was all melee based.
Alpha Protocol has always been in my top 5 wanted games since it was announced. Mostly for the fact that 'Obsidian' is the developer and there ability to create amazing storylines.
At first I doubted that I would spend 100 hours on this game, but after reading this preview. I can easily see myself playing through this game twice.
Now I just have to wait for reviews to see which version of this game I should purchase.
Well of course it's selling out, PS3 just had a $100 price drop.
Completely agree with this article and I am glad that all three major console makers have carved out a market for themselves.
My only concern is for the next console cycle and how much of an effect Wii will have.
The only thing that interested me about Sony's announcements were the videos.
The slim and price reduction doesn't really interest me as I'll ready own a PS3. Though if I was planning on getting a PSPGo I would by hyped about the free GT game.
I'll probably just rent the new Wolfenstein and have a great time playing it, without worrying about adding another WW2 FPS to my collection.
awesome news, looks like my Game of the Year for 2010 will be released during the first part of the year.
I might have to give this game a try/rent in October.
