I can't read this simply because an expansion DLC is not a "follow up". The preview paragraph in general doesn't make me want to read any more about this person's opinion.
Some will say yes, some will say no. I say yes because the value of the games I enjoyed is far greater than the cost of my subscription.
I enjoyed the show. Had a big smile on my face through most of it. The finale was the only letdown for me. I was expecting something bigger.
"They never even explained that in the show"
Yeah they did, but it was sort of confusingly done and went by fast.
"If anyone believes Morpheus will have more than crappy arcade-ish games with ps2 graphics, he's dead wrong."
I guess it depends on what you feel is crappy since arcade-ish games can be extremely fun, but we've already seen several games that are visually beyond graphics that ps2 could have produced. I think you know that though.
"Don't set your sights at just the top of the mountain but at the whole thing."
Well said, but I'd also hesitate to call AAA games the top of the mountain. I've played too many AAA games that were simply more of the same, or slight variations, and too many "small" games that were great imaginative fun and kept my attention for a long long time.
I enjoyed the keynote very much and the only criticism I have is that the end was fa...
PS4 gamers actually have many more gaming options than XB1 gamers do, so… what's your point?
I bravely added PSX to my Live Events Viewer watch list and am now bravely waiting on my couch for it to start.
As I was typing that… it started!
:D
Easily my personal Game of the Year, open world or not.
I shrug at this like I shrug at XB1's BC. No gamer I know cares about playing old games in their original form, so this doesn't have any impact on me or my gaming friends. Free or $15… idc either way.
"This is why backwards compatibility is so important…"
If BC was "important", XB1 with BC would have no problem outselling PS4.
"If BC wasn't important, you wouldn't see millions of people buying remasters and suddenly caring a whole lot about getting to play PS2 games on their PS4."
The one has nothing to do with the other. Millions buy remasters, we can see that from sales numbers. Show me the proof tha...
I'd pay $10 for a mode where I just shoot Jar Jar over and over.
"seeing SWBF top that list make me sick lol. I begged people don't support it"
I enjoyed the beta, bought the game, and enjoy the game. If that bothers you, so be it. DLC and season passes are nothing new and weren't invented by EA. You don't like what the market supports regarding DLC/Season Passes... I don't like the vast majority of popular music. Oh well to both of us.
No goggles needed, and no vision correction surgery either. I'm being honest when I say I can see the difference. Whether you believe that or not is of no consequence.
"if you own both like i do you know the difference is nearly impossible to tell unless you're real close to the tv."
You have a problem with either your vision or your TV. Possibly both. I can see the difference watching YouTube comparison videos, but my vision is above average according to the vision test I take at work every year.
I made it through the first award before bailing out.
"the girl resembles to Oprah."
Nope, not really.
Smaller differences were a bigger deal last generation. What changed? Hmmm...
The ignorant people are the ones who think Kojima should have been left out of an awards show where his own game… the last game he'll work on in a legendary series that he created… was nominated.
Another classless move in a series of classless moves from Konami.
"So i guess i was the only one who thought it was actually pretty good?"
Nah I thought it was better than "pretty good". Had a big smile on my face through most of it. Saw a lot that interested me, and I've been addicted to Guns Up since I started playing it last night. They don't make gamers like they used to, if some of the comments here are serious.
