Seems Sony is prepared for launch. Great time to be a gamer.
Sorry, I should have specified. My Series X is ready for pick up from Best Buy on the 10th. They called me this morning to confirm my pre-order pickup time.
Target says 13th to the 18th for my PS5. Your delivery window is slightly better than mine. I wish you luck on both the 10th and the 12th.
My Target pre-order has had a delivery date from the 13th to the 18th since the day I put in the order.
Oh but it is quite literally the One.
I honestly believe GAAS hurt this game badly. Avengers could have been an excellent game if it were not designed around monetization.
Exactly. If the Series S is stuck running the One S version of games, how could it not hamstring development for at the very least 1st party Series X games.
It looks like a tiny A/C unit you see on the roofs of downtown office buildings or a speaker. IMO, it has little aesthetic appeal.
Although looks are less relevant when compared the low ram and GPU output that the S generates when compared to the actual next gen consoles.
The analogy pertains to the user experience and not the success of the business model.
I agree. I didn't have an Xbox last gen, and will say that so far it appears the Series X is the best place to play last gen games.
Fidelity mode for me.
I’m too fast to run a 4.2 second 40. As a result, I usually clock in at 6 seconds.
At the very least I would expect we will be notified of the when they get on the truck. I suspect we will have to sign for them, but I will definitely be home on delivery day because there is no way I would take the chance of it being left on the door step all day. I hope you get yours on launch day. Good luck.
Target has my pre-order arriving some time between the 13th and 18th. It is inconvenient, but not a real life problem. Be patient with your fellow man as this is how things will be until we get through this pandemic.
You are not going to get burn in an a Samsung QLED because it is a completely different tech when compared to OLED. My LG OLED B6 suffers from burn in that occurred in only 2 years with fairly limited use. However, my LG OLED C8 is still going very strong and has no burn in. I prefer the picture quality of the OLED over the QLED, but others may feel differently.
Lol! First thing I do in every game that allows is invert the Y access. I literally cannot play at all competitively unless I do so.
Depends on how the reviews come back. I think the game has potential and have noticed that many are taking a wait and see approach.
Where did I say they didn't need exclusives to lure gamers to their platform? Of course they do. I actually said that this approach wouldn't be the first time they miscalculated what gamers want. Meaning that the lack of exclusive content is a mistake.
I often get the feeling that Microsoft is trying force gamers into the model that is most lucrative for them instead of actually providing gamers what they want. I think this approach is an error on Microsoft's be...
Just spitballing here. Maybe the lack of 1st party content upon release is a calculated business decision in an effort to increase GamePass subs. If there is nothing new they realize GamePass is really the only logical option if you want get anything of value out of your new purchase. Not saying this is a smart decision on the behalf of Microsoft. It’s not the first time they miscalculated what gamers want. Remember TV, TV, TV, when they introduced Xbox One?
What is inappropriate about this comment? Largely just reinforced what the reviewer said. Trying to learn the rules around here.
Yes I would. In fact, I believe that super spec gaming rigs are never really utilized to their fullest potential due to the popularity of the lower spec consoles. As such, graphics cards such as the RTX 3090 are unfortunately super-adequate for our current gaming market.
