Which is stupid. Dennis Dyack's reputation is based primarily on his poor performance in management which he is not a part of.
As for the pedophile issue, how were they to have known about him? I doubt the sicko was flaunting his "kiddy porn" around in the office before they hired him.
This team and their ideas have so much potential and it really bothers me that gamers base their opinions of the team's performance solely on Dennis Dyack and...
Such a shame. This game looks all too promising. I really hope they can get some funding.
Ironically the hotlink for "enhanced port" on that page leads to a page called "Video Game Remake" lol.
For the longest time, a port has been described as game that basically went from one console to another, no changes, no enhancements, it's the same exact experience. Wind Waker HD is, in more ways than one, not that. So I think your reasoning is pretty flawed.
Considering it's a remake and not a port. A port implies it's using the old game's assets and source code. This game doesn't do any of that. They just managed to recreate it accurately and faithfully to the original.
So accurately it seems that the more cynical folks on the internet simply must insist it is nothing more than a Gamecube game slapped on a Wii U disc.
So, from where I stand, yeah. It's a remake and not a port and it's wor...
Right on. This game looks sick. Here's hoping they can release the first game as a downloadable game on Wii U to hype up the sequel.
Um. That's why it's called a remake? It's not just a port, you know. They're adding game fixes and new features into the game. I don't mind. It's a nice placeholder until the brand new Zelda game is released.
I am buying it because I like seeing older games made to look new (and it gives me a chance to relive those experiences in a newer, more modern and polished way). I thought the 3DS remake of Ocarina of Time was superb. Why is it okay for Sony to r...
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate?
They're in trouble for hyping up the remake of one of the most successful Zelda games of all time?
Man, I wonder what it's like when they're in the clear.
You lucky sons of guns. I want one. Too bad they're not sold separately as far as I know. xD
1. Bad language is going to get you voted down.
2. Dolphin sucks at emulating quite a few games. It ran Metroid Prime at like fifteen frames a second on my computer (which by the way can run Battlefield 3 at max). And considering there are more perks in the Wii U version than just a resolution upscale, I don't think I have much reason to feel jealous of your gloating.
@ForROME
"Get over it, if you dont like what someone says, do not respond to it"
Why don't you follow your own advice? xD
I'm not going to bother glorifying the first portion of your comment with a response. Your problem is you exaggerate what others say then act like a victim when someone calls you out on it. Like, all of the time. And quite frankly I'm tired of playing these stupid games with you.
'Then all of the sudden "It had some bugs, so that's that; it didn't sell well because Ubisoft didn't try! Look! It didn't even rate very well! I never liked ZombiU&q...
Burden o' proof is on you on that one, Mr. MadMen.
"So butt hurt just because it didn't end up exclusive."
I'm really sick of people forwarding this stupid dishonest notion about Wii U owners when it comes to this game. No one but the overzealous fanboys are upset about the game being on other consoles.
You know what Nintendo fans are "butt hurt" over? The unnecessary delay of a Wii U game that was in a finished state since February. No matter what, it was a stupid decision because...
*Ahem* Smash Bros too.
"The king of taking things out of context and blaming everyone else for doing so strikes again."
Oh the irony of this response. And so clever too. You may as well have called me the "Master of Unlocking."
"Which doesn't mean that developers are happy with what Wii U can do."
Listen to the few developers who complain; ignore the many that don't.
"Nintendo is responsible for Wii U'...
It's not. Metal Gear Rising's difficulty made me rage like an angry wasp, but that game was still friggin' good. If the game is too difficult for you, it's your fault, not the game's fault.
According to Metacritic there are no bad reviews, just a small handful of average scores beneath the higher ones. http://www.metacritic.com/g...
Also Kamiya's an intelligent human being. He knows when to be more professional. When it comes to Twitter I doubt he or any of his colleagues give a damn about what he says online.
Not a bad deal, but I feel like I'm willing to shell out the extra 30 bones it would take to get a new one without any potential screen or hardware issues. Do they offer packs that come with an 8GB memory card?
Considering it's quite cheap on Amazon, how good is Okamiden?
@Ac7iVe
Thanks for the input. I've been thinking of checking it out since I finished the first game and loved it.
