I think 9 and three quarters makes more sense than 9 and seven tenths or 9 and four fifths.
You're totally cool because you're on the internet, hating on stuff. You must really have superior tastes to everyone else out there because you dislike something popular. I hope one day I can be as awesome as you.
What are some other things you don't like? Modern Warfare 2? The Xbox 360? Killzone 2? Enlighten us, please.
Wow, the games have really come a long way this gen. Anyone remember Resistance 1 and Kameo? Yeah. Who would have thought the same hardware would end up running something like this.
Surprisingly low considering how sick this game looks.
Why are people disagreeing with GameOn? Bioware said years ago that they intended to release the entire trilogy on the 360. We read all about it on this very site.
Looks really nice. I hope they found a way to make playing as the alien fun this time. I didn't really like that part in the old games.
Maybe when the differences are this small they are useless, but they couldn't have known what the differences would be when they started. They aren't going to throw all their work out the window just because they found out both games are kinda the same.
That's mad cool!
...kind of makes me wonder about some of the stuff floating around in the air out there, though. If it's enough to charge a phone in less than two hours, it's gotta be enough to grow some natty tumors given some time.
Edit: Looks like I'm not the only one with tumors on the brain.
It's sort of sad they had to switch devs since the original was one of my first (and favorite) 360 games. At least we're getting a sequel, though. Hope they can make it as fun as the last one.
I'd like to see more use for the vehicles this time around. I mean it was nice that we had the option of driving in Crackdown 1, but I usually found it was a lot faster to just run everywhere.
Never heard of this game before, but I'll bite.
My favorite is the Borderlands. It's the background on my PC and I'd love to find a poster of it somewhere.
Edit: Not crazy about their choices. Madworld and Ratchet were pretty cool, I guess.
I'm all for a nice long break before Spidey 4. The third film wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen, but it was certainly a big letdown given the quality of the first two films. Lots of time off in between films will give them the time to make sure Spidey 4 gets back on track.
Couldn't care less about the WoW film, but I guess it's not hurting anyone, so what the hell.
Well you can pretend like I didn't like the game because I sucked at it if you want. Some people just don't like slogging across the same environment for 20 minutes, killing the same zombies over and over again and sneaking through the same courtyard to avoid those guys in a hummer just to reach a save point.
"What's that? Not only is my dinner cold, but I don't have time to finish the mission I was on? So now the game is over? No problem, I'll just load up one of my othe...
Some of the early ones were really great.
This new one is actually sounding pretty cool. The sledghammer campaign sounds really badass.
When I got my Xbox Dead Rising was probably the title I was most hyped about playing, but it ended up REALLY letting me down. What was up with that save system? And why is Frank always half hunched over? He looks like he needs to take a huge dump. The whole thing just reeked of suck, imo.
If they can fix the numerous glaring flaws with the original then I see no reason not to be excited for the new one. After all, zombies are just about the coolest thing ever, but I just don...
I wouldn't call it a movie tie in since Batman showed up in just about every other medium possible before they made a Batman movie. The style of the game reminded me more of comic book Batman or cartoon Batman.
Edit: But for the most part, the guy makes sense.
I expect we might actually see it someday now that 3DRealms appears to have gone under completely. They'll sell off the ip to someone who can actually do something with it or just lose it to Take-Two through the courts.
Trouble is it's been so long at this point...can they really recapture the magic?
Sounds bad@ss, but no full keyboard is a big downer, imo. I've got my eyes on the N900, but it's not likely to show up in Canada for a while. The Palm Pre seems to be the best we're likely to see for another 6 months or so.
Maybe he's just someone who actually enjoys playing games instead of acting like a jerk-@ss hater for no reason.
Who cares about pirating? It won't be long before we can install custom firmware sporting XMB replacements, emulator support, far better media center capabilities and a whole slew of other cool applications Sony doesn't provide.
The PS3 getting hacked can still be great news, even if you're not interested in pirating games.
