Mitsurugi is the best character in the game. His defence is a bit weak, but there's really no reason to go on the defensive with him.
Wonder if this is Wally West or Barry Allen.
I had disconnect issues to so I put my PS3 in the DMZ. It solved the problem and it's not hard to do on most routers.
Why get so worked up over beer? I can see if it was called heroin pong or something, but it's just beer.
I wonder if there's any connection between snobby British rock stars and the relatively poor quality of popular music these days.
Bushnell goes on about how Atari needs to stand for something and how he used to have a vision for the company, but he never says what his vision was. I can't, for the life of me, remember a time when Atari stood for anything meaningful. It's a games company, not a charity.
What are these successful gaming petitions they allude to in the story summary?
Ouch.
Well at least they're admitting to the potential problem before we start seeing consumer backlash all over the net.
I hope for the media's sake that the whole thing is in one conference hall this year. Last year it was all spread out and with a packed schedule like that there's no way everyone could make every conference if it's not all in one building.
I'd vote for everyone from the Sonic universe that isn't Sonic, Tails or Robotnic. If those characters that are left don't find themselves in a decent game soon then maybe it's time to let them all die. We'll see after Sonic Unleashed comes out.
So some MS rep said that they have something big in store for E3? Wow. I wasn't excited until just now.
Toki Wartooth?!? Ahhhhhh!!
@klashawnd: Thanks. That's a good idea. I'll try it next time.
And thanks for thee suggestion guys, but my connection is fine. I can game online with little to no lag and download things on my PC at a decent pace. It may aso have to do with downloading the firmware updates the second they're available. Maybe too many people are doing the same.
That's nice for those who didn't get the update, but I hate how long it takes to do an update. It's like instead of simply having us download some tiny patch, they make us download the whole firmware everytime there's an update.
Hmmm...if that number for people who had trouble is accurate (around 140 when I looked) then it's probably for the best that they pulled 2.4 when they did. I'm among those who didn't have any problems, but even if it's just on 1% of systems, that adds up to a lot of PS3s.
Well it's about friggin' time.
What was the appeal with Eternal Darkness? It controlled funny and it didn't look all that great. The story was interesting enough, but people talk about it like it was the second coming of video game Jesus or something.
I didn't get to play it until late in the Gamecube's lifecycle, well after I played RE4 and it just never really grabbed my attention.
Edit: Nevermind.
Second edit: To the phantom agreer. Why did someone agree with me? I deleted my post because I felt I was getting to involved with the whole fanboy argument going on here. Did someone see what I wrote before I deleted the post and agreed with that or did someone just agree with me saying nevermind? Just curious.
Was it really necessary to "debunk" that story. I mean we're not idiots.
Maybe these gaming sites should lay off the "previews" until we actually get some new info on the game.
