I was just checking the list to make sure they had the minotaur from God of War and I happened to see Ridley in there. That was an awesome battle. Nice choices.

I don't know about the advantages of launching a year earlier than the competition. That's what Sega always used to do and it pretty much never worked for them because they always just ended up with underpowered hardware when the competition launched. It happened with the Genesis, the Saturn and finally with the Dreamcast. Launching early is a real gamble, but obviously it payed off for MS this gen.

Jesus God that's awesome. Criterion is sweet. I haven't picked up Burnout yet, but I plan to when my budget allows it.
Also to whoever said it's time to move on and work on their next game, I'm glad to see them really making sure Burnout owners get the most for their money, but I really want to see another Black game as well. Here's hoping.

On the 9th page one of the Geurilla devs says that they borrowed some tech from the Resistance team at Insomniac and from the God Of War team at Sony Santa Monica. Wait...God of War team? Surely he didn't mean GOW2? Hmmm...

Why does nobody ever complain that they can't install a secondary OS on their 360? Or that they can't copy movies to the HD? Or play HD movies without buying some add on? Each console has its advantages and its disadvantages. Why should we expect each console to have exactly the same features as the other? That's like b*tching at the Burger King drive through because they won't sell you a Big Mac.
There was a scene at the end of the Gungrave game for PS2 where the character had his gun pointed at someone's head and you had to pull the trigger. There was absolutely no hud telling you what to do and the game would stay at that same screen forever if you didn't press X to pull the trigger. It was very effective. Putting players in Snakes shoes so they had to end it would have been really cool.
