....You obviously don't know what a total conversion is.
It's a completely new game made from Oblivion's engine, so of course it's going to have the same or similar animations. -.-
I don't think that snowman would consist of perfect circles then.
You could say that about anything. Literally. According to your definition of "cowardly," claymores are cowardly, grenades are cowardly, and guns are cowardly. With any ranged weapon, and some tactic, you can hide and use caution and easily take out the fools who charge the objective (like you).
Maybe a melee fighting game would be more appropriate for you. Just sayin'.
That WAS the case until very recently when the archaic restrictions were eased a little. Actually, it seems to me like Microsoft simply claimed to have eased the restrictions but hasn't actually changed anything. I wouldn't be surprised.
You'd think people would expect better treatment for their $60 a year. It's a bit of a disgrace.
So basically Monopoly Tycoon 2? Sweet, I loved Monopoly Tycoon.
Instead of doing missionary work or helping out the poor or saving the world, some people spend their time pretending to be an obnoxiously moronic girl on a gaming website. Sorry guys but it just really upsets me :(
And on topic, that's an interesting mod but I never understood the appeal of such mods. I mean, I can see the hard work that went into it, but the immersion is sort of ruined when a hooker walks by or a sports car speeds past and blows up :p
Yeah I was wondering about this too...
There is no way that they can have 102 different on screen prompts. And even if each string is represented by one color, there still has to be a way to differentiate between the different frets.
That would be a ridiculous amount of memorization, like learning to play the real instrument twice over (once for the guitar itself and once for learning the on screen prompts). :0
Uh, probably because he's most likely driving with all aids OFF, meaning every bit of the car is in the driver's hand. And let me tell you, driving a 1960's LeMans race car cannot be easy. Probably more difficult than any race car that exists today.
There would be something wrong if the car WASN'T spinning around.
Was because it was hilarious constantly hearing that fool swear profusely and talk about how he was going to wrap his testicles around the enemies' necks.
WTF.
Man I wish all television worked on a channel-by-channel subscription basis. I got back from a trip to the U.K. a couple of weeks ago and it was soooooo nice not having to sit through 10 minutes of commercials every 15 minutes, at least on the BBC.
How is it not serious? 360 users pay upwards of $50 a year for LIVE and what do they get out of it that isn't offered for free on other platforms? Extra advertising? What a great deal. -.-
I don't own a 360 (and what do you know, the garbage online support played a big role in that), but I can definitely feel the pain of these gamers. What's stopping MS from giving the consumers options, while alleviating as much of the cost as possible to consumers? Nothing but g...
First of all, no, N4G is not better than this. Usually it's much worse :p
And second of all, you can clearly see that it says in the title description "2 cutscenes" and in the article in big capital letters "MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS!!" You should be able to put 2 + 2 together and decide whether you want to click the link or not. Nobody is forcing you to watch it, and it's marked clearly enough.
I see no problem.
Whee time to get sucked into this shit:
1)It's not a fucking mosque; it's a community center for Muslims that happens to have a prayer room
2)It's not in Ground Zero, it's in an abandoned building several streets away
@ForRome: Your analogy is utter shit and is indicative of the failed logic that people use in these arguments. Is New York a strictly Christian area? No, it's a diverse landscape open to any religion and type of perso...
I'm the same way. No matter how bad I get burned out or for how long, I still make my daily visits to all of the gaming sites to check up on what's going on in the industry. Usually it's because I don't like ever feeling out of the loop and also because as you said a good news story is a good news story regardless of anything else, but also that time spent checking up on the industry is often enough to pull me back into gaming. It's a very good regulator, I've noticed....
Yeah, it made you play more games and get a greater variety of experiences... But I'd say that playing something such as Hannah Montana just for the trophies is a bit of a negative. Unless you enjoyed the game that is, I'm not judging! :D
Anyways, I do agree with you to an extent; trophies do help me get more out of my games than I would have otherwise. The key is finding a balance between enjoyment and trophy hunting; I would never play a game I don't enjoy just ...
I've seen people spouting around crap about a supposed lack of tuning as well, just because Prologue wasn't as deep as previous games (and even then, if you get far enough in Prologue you can unlock deeper options, and it's just a demo).
People are just stupid. And I mean really stupid.
Amen. I don't know what other gaming communities are like, as the only game I play online is MW2, but I do know that the MW2 community is composed of 90% idiots/little kids/trash talking teens/general scum of the earth. So I went into my settings and permanently muted everyone (it's not as if I need it for teamwork anyways, we all know that teamwork doesn't exist in that game). Suddenly my gaming experience is so much better!
But for the most part, the immaturity ...
You lucky bastard, I hate you. XD
I signed up for the regular contest, where you put in a code that you get from the sandwiches. I have no hope in winning though lol
But then you've got something just as bad; the 'walls' that streaming presents. Compression leading to low graphics quality, lag, etc.
Let's face it, OnLive is too ambitious; the internet infrastructures in most countris, while improving, have a long way to go before we can feasibly start streaming games and expect quality performance and quality.
I both love and hate Fall. Love it because of all the great games.
Hate it because of all the great games. Seriously, I hardly have enough money as is, and what little of that is left inevitably gets swallowed up by the Fall games. And then I can't play them because I'm too busy. How about spreading out some of the releases to summer instead when I have both have money and all the time in the world (which is spent in boredom as far as gaming goes as there is the yearl...
