Agree. Gaming should be a uniting thing, not separating us into social groups.
A reinvigoration would be very welcome. My PSP has recently been downgraded from a gaming machine to a music player. New titles would be great, and maybe even get me back into portable gaming again.
By the way, what are some decent games that are out now for the PSP?
It's good to be poor.
What is with the sudden influx of these PSN articles? Besides slow speeds, I really don't see much wrong with it.
What's the obsession over Crysis? I haven't nearly a powerful enough computer to even consider buying it, but from what I get, it is not much more than a graphics and physics benchmark.
It would be fun to see if they could get it to work well on consoles though.
Midnight launches are overrated. I would never line up for a good while, late at night when I could be getting much needed rest, when I'll just be playing the game soon enough anyways. It isn't like the people who attend midnight launches are going to have an amazing advantage over me online.
How on earth does he expect to be vindicated and seen as a decent lawyer when the crap he spews from his mouth sounds like that of a 12 year old? I would suggest that he do humanity a favor and get out of our existence (if you know what I mean), but that would only help his baseless and unreasonable case.
Racism is just something formed in our minds, its not a physical thing. So no, Resident Evil 5 is not racist, but people can make it out anyway they like.
Maybe instead of buying someone else's, they could... you know, make up their own. It doesn't take a genius to come up with an original sounding name.
Good. I'd rather not be playing with somebody stupid enough to shell out hundreds for an early review copy.
Hooray for priorities!
The first one is extremely underrated. I never understood why it got bashed so heavily. And, I was playing the PS2 version. I can't imagine how nice it is on the PS3. I've always wanted to play the current-gen versions of Just Cause and Test Drive Unlimited, maybe I should pick them both up for cheap now.
Anyways back on topic, I cannot wait for Just Cause 2. I remember them announcing it a while back and then it disappearing into oblivion. It would be great to be playing it late...
Competition > No fanboys
Sure they may be annoying now, but imagine how annoying they would get when they realize that their 'collaborative super console' lacks innovation, is full of shovelware, and the games cost $90 a piece.
I assure you that you would want the old fanboys back, and competition.
Oh wow, the memories. Actually, I never did beat this game. Perhaps it is time to go back and finish it after such a long time.
"...Gamestop...Gamestop.. ."
Don't they mean Gamespot? And 'gaming journalism' has much, much, bigger problems than HHG.
How can he be ruining something that doesn't exist?
:o
I haven't even touched Home yet, but it is good to know that they are actively working on and expanding it. If they would just add more functionality and more activities, I would be all over it.
Neither is better. Both styles of gameplay each have their own merits and demerits, but the success is really based on the individual games. You wouldn't judge all linear shooters on games such as Haze when there is some great quality out there. Likewise on sandbox games.
Get a clue man, that was one of the most pathetic uses of four bubbles I have ever seen.
@farsha
GTA 4 isn't talked about much anymore, but you can bet that there are still plenty of people playing it. I still play it when I grow bored with my other games, and a quick hop online will reveal that there is still a very active (although largely noobish as I have come to see) community.
Don't go around spouting those fictional numbers. Gloat after the game has been released. People like you are the reason why LittleBigPlanet took so much flak for not selling as hotly as it was touted to.
