"Destroys The PC Gaming Business"... lmfao. what are we, 5 year olds??
completely stupid headline.
and i love Heavy Rain already, one of my most anticipated games... but this article is just... sad.
wtf is this?
isnt that like.. completely false?
my current favorite is the YOU DIED screen in Demon's Souls. you get a dramatic sound effect and a big "YOU DIED" in bright blood red color. simple but very effective, especially since the game is damn challenging and i've personally seen it about 400 times by now, lol.
HAHAHA.
i have never seen that, funnny sh*t :D
in fact, from what i read, this game is the biggest motion capture project in history.
think about THAT.
this and the previous (E3 2009) trailer have got me really hyped for this game. it will certainly be a very uniquely mature videogame experience... a complex thriller in videogame form. i have been waiting for something exactly like this!
i might be too old i dunno but.. i STILL dont understand the need for "cross-game chat". i mean, all online games enable voice chat already, so.. what more is needed? do people really want to chat while playing different games? i personally play mostly single player games, and i DEFINITELY do not want people msg'ing me all the time, let alone voice chatting with them while im on a quest in Fallout 3... im guessing the day cross-game chat arrives, is the day i will clean up at least ...
hmmm, very interesting.
most likely a new game by Housemarque (SSHD makers)?
LMAO, how did i lose 3 bubbles with that comment?
edit: wait no i didnt.. n4g just acting all glitchy it seems
honestly, i wasnt really all that impressed. Batman himself of course looks awesome, beautifully animated cape and all... but the environment at least in the demo looked INCREDIBLY dull. just grey rooms after grey rooms. isnt anyone else fed up with seeing these totally uninspired game environments? i mean, they could do pretty much anything with today's tech. why do GREY ROOMS?
(i have to say though that i've been playing Demon's Souls for the past 2 months non-stop, and it migh...
yeah, it's really hard trying to understand why they think it's a good idea especially after mouthing off at Sony... didn't they KNOW that gamers would be pissed off and it would hurt their image..? or do they just not care?
yeh..
if the game turns out great, i will get it used. just like i did COD4.
im not giving them any of my money, their games sell enough as it is... i'll rather spend my money on new games made by developers who could use a few extra sales (Demon's Souls being my newest purchase).
Team Ico doesnt use graphics engines... they use magic
Not in puzzles though.
after trying out the demo this game feels like pure unpretentious fun. they didnt try to make the coolest most mature videogame ever, just one that is fun to play. i can get down with that.
because i dont want a 360? not everyone likes the console. or likes to have 2 consoles.. i dont even have the room for another one really, even if i did like the Xbox 360.
i admit it, i've been really jealous of Mass Effect as a PS3 owner... we have nothing like that on PS3, which sucks. i've always been a sucker for serious space/sci-fi stuff, exploring other worlds etc... (why the hell are most videogames based on earth btw? there's a whole universe/multiverse out there!)
please Bioware, release ME1 and ME2 on 1 blu-ray and i will pay ANYTHING for it!
yeah, it's strange this game didnt have trophies... would be perfect for a hard game like Mega Man. also, they shouldnt be too hard to implement in a game that has NES-level code...
perhaps the worst, most useless comment ever. even more so than this one.
i just chimed in to say this:
exclusive DLC still sucks. im a huge ps3 fan but i wont be buying this game (at least not new) or the DLC.
Rocksteady, either give the DLC to EVERYONE who bought your game, or to no one. this type of crap should not be supported in my opinion, it cannot be good for gamers. it just makes people bitter, like i am not being able to get the GTAIV DLC.
