i'm glad someone mentions Afrika. that game doesn't get enough attention! might have something to do with the fact that they haven't shown us much yet, heh. seriously, that game has so much potential, imagine how many types of species and stuff can fit on a blu-ray disc. and all the different areas, huge safari lands and perhaps some rainforest etc. i hope they make it absolutely massive.

actually europe got the motorstorm+resistance bundle, i know cos i bought one. i wouldnt have bought resistance otherwise, but im glad i got it since it was much better than i expected.

goddamnit you people, the game looks FANTASTIC for a SANDBOX GAME. it will have a _massive_ draw distance and a huge amount of detail. also you have to take into consideration that this is not a linear corridor shooter (like Gears of War etc), this game attempts to simulate an entire freaking city!

GameStop is new here in Finland, and just a few weeks ago I walked in to one for the first time, and I gotta say, I was SHOCKED to see that they sell used games for almost as much as new ones! I mean wtf, when did that get OK'd? Just ridiculous. I'm used to paying about 30-40 euros on used games, and GameStop is selling them for 60 euros! graphics are very impressive for sandbox game. anyone who doesn't see that doesn't really understand anything about videogames or programming.
when this game hits, no true gamer will complain about the iffy framerate, or the textures on a jacket, or pop-in, or any of that crap. we're just gonna play it and enjoy every moment of it. but of course you all know that already.

I used to be REALLY hyped up about the Wii at first.. but now I don't know. Starting to annoy me. I'm sure Zelda, Metroid and Mario contain some great gameplay, but I really prefer games that look better and more awe-inspiring than the games I was already playing 5 years ago... So I really hope Nintendo won't damage the sales of PS3 and Xbox 360 too much. I'd just hate to see a day a few years from now when Sony and MS have given up on the games industry and Wii is our only choice. And games ...
