the music is AWESOME. subtle and creepy most of the time, and works very well. i've listened to the soundtrack a lot, my fave this gen along the MGS4 soundtrack.
eww, invites and/or voice chat would f*cking ruin the game. it's designed as mainly a single player game that focuses heavily on ATMOSPHERE, and i mean heavily, there's not even any music (except boss battles). if you had kids and idiots screaming "f*g" every two minutes, the game would not work as intended. it would be horrible.

i can use the browser and listen to music just fine. i would RAGE if they really disabled that!
umm i have played Bioshock on the PS3 and 360, could not tell a single difference, other than the PS3 version being a lot smoother. it seriously looks like 60fps when you turn v-sync off, i dunno if that option is available on the 360 version.
but maybe i should have sat closer with a magnifying glass to spot differences in pixels... you saying the differences are "night and day" is a ridiculous exaggeration.
if you're talking about Quinqunx AA, then i think you're exaggerating a lot. many games look just fine on PS3 using that technique to smooth out jaggies. (Far Cry 2, RE5, KZ2 for example).
to say it makes games look too blurry is insane.
i dont care about the graphics that much since im not a graphics whore, as long as it looks great im ok.
BUT.. here's the thing...
if the PS3 version is lacking Japanese voices, then THAT is a clear sign that the PS3 version was downgraded and that Microsoft forced/begged Square-Enix to keep the versions equal content-wise. Square-Enix themselves have said that they "could" put the Japanese voice tracks in the NA/EU release if they want to, there is no tech...
they havent outright denied it, so no one knows. all we can do is wait for months and months and months and then we'll just find out. it's a bit odd if it's really 360/PC exclusive, but not even Microsoft is really touting it... and Bioware/EA are not 100% denying the possibility of a PS3 port... so who the hell knows? i just hope this is Bioshock all over again. that one seemed REALLY uncertain at some point, someone at 2K even denied it flat out, "Bioshock is never coming to PS3"....
i still dont get Halo, i watched a bunch of gameplay vids of ODST and seriously... wtf? it just still looks like an average space marine FPS to me. with really silly looking enemies i find impossible to take seriously.
so what is it about Halo that is so great? i dont get it, at all. but im willing to understand, if someone would just tell me. is it the enemy AI? level design? story (this i find really hard to believe)? what?!

i'm one of those who never got into GoW, and i've been of course regretting that. now i get them on 1 disc, enhanced and even with trophy support. SWEET.

IMO there's no limit, no matter how many free things they add to Xbox Live, it still shouldnt cost money. because you can play online for free on PC, and use Twitter and use Facebook and so on... all for free. so why exactly do you have to pay to use them on another platform?

really, who wants to talk to people playing a different game?! i dont understand it. if im getting into Fallout 3 or Demon's Souls or something, i just do not want to talk to other people. (and DS is a multiplayer game, but voice chat would ruin it)
unless Ubisoft goes all high and mighty on us and raises the price of their game too.. i will get AC2 over MW2 without a doubt.
MW2 will have to wait until i can find it used lol, even though i was a complete COD4 addict (racked up like 45,000 kills).

that said, im a PS3 only owner and damn im jealous of this game series... and im pretty mad that they still havent outright told us if Mass Effect 2 is ever coming to the PS3. just deny it, or spill the beans. because i NEED to know for sure. if i upgrade my PC and buy this game and THEN i hear its coming to PS3, i will be furious.
