Exactly lol. I'm still not sure how much I'll use it since I always save/quit my games and never leave them hanging. Even when I have things to do...I always have to finish a quest or hit a checkpoint of some sort. Features are features though so maybe it'll come in handy one of these days. On the other hand, more media capabilities would definitely be a plus.
I put a solid two weeks into Destiny, but I have to admit there is a lack of content. Perhaps having a few extra planets, more interesting and varied content on those planets, plus a few more Strikes/Raids and PvP modes would have gave it more longevity for me. I still enjoy it alot more than Borderlands though. Gunplay and graphics are better, story isn't any worse really, no annoying clap traps, and it feels more realistic when every single enemy that's a higher level isn't a ma...
Yeah... I'm just wondering what kind of set-piece comes before Drake washes up on that shore. In U2 we have the train, U3 has the plane, so now what are we dealing with? It seems like the aftermath of a plane or boat crash...can't think of anything else. Maybe it was that set-piece ND was alluding to not long after U3 came out.
It means a plot centered around revenge and trust (or lack thereof). It also means exploring Nate's history some more and developing his character (perhaps pointing out more flaws like U3 did). I wouldn't be surprised if his "brother" turned out to be not his brother all along though. How would he know if he has a brother at all? I guess we'll find out.
edit: Here's hoping it's not as simple as the brother kidnapping Elena, Drake going after her...
Probably because they finished the cut scene for an epic reveal and the gameplay still has a long way to go. It technically still has a third of its development cycle to go. I wouldn't worry too much. Plus we're talking soaked Drake vs. dry Drake here. Do you remember playing the heist level of U2 and rolling in the sewer with the flashlights in the dark? I think we'll see something similarly awesome...we just haven't even given the game the chance to look like the cut scene y...
Yeah the cut scene is likely polished and complete whereas the gameplay obviously has another year to go, so we'll see some pretty huge improvements. Not sure why people are beefing about this. Probably won't see a game this good looking on consoles for the next few years...unless the Order or Santa Monica pull out all the stops.
Yeah the gap between U1 and U2 is ridiculous. So, I think even though this is amazing, we will probably see the biggest graphics jump going from this to TLoU2. Assuming that is their next game (seems like a good assumption to make though). It's funny because U1 still looks better than some current gen games and U2 still looks better than most of them. Just my opinion though.
I feel like I bought mine for a lot more than this, but this is probably my most anticipated game...unless we finally get some Persona 5 gameplay and it looks mind-blowing.
R&C had better art direction and PS has advocated more art styles than any other company if you look at their backlog, but you're probably not talking about SSO because that would be inaccurate. I don't not like it...I just probably wouldn't buy it.

Oh and I love the addition of the slopes and how they work as a death trap, a form of traversal, and even an extension of your melee capabilities. Can't wait to see an actual set-piece part of the game at E3.

I personally believe the reveal cutscene was polished to the point where it's pretty much a finished product while the gameplay video was clearly pre-alpha (I think we'll see a fair amount of polish added...especially to lighting, colour, and some of the textures). Not only that, but the original reveal's graphics depend on a night time scene with moonlight with the soaked Drake model (which has consistently looked better than the dry Drake in every Uncharted). I don't see the point in negatively generalizing the feminists. Sure there are the vocal minority who are basically the female version of misogynists, but there are more fair feminists who have genuine concerns about equality. It's the same with gamers who can account for some of the worst people I've seen in my life. It's less of a war and more of a skirmish between subcategories of feminists and gamers.
And XIV and XII and KH2. Hell... I think even the original XIII might have been because it took FOREVER to come out and the game barely has any content, depth, or story to it.
