They can smell the desperation on us.
Would always play Orion or Brave New World with that visualizer in the PS3 days and feel like I was the coolest person ever.
Have to agree. Most of them have been god awful. Hopefully custom themes and a theme previewer option are en route.
I would but it is organized so poorly that without taking 10 minutes to reorganize it I would take up this whole page with useless info and get marked as spam lol
Great update for 3DS though it feels like the Wii U eshop is in limbo. I was looking up news on N64 games and the like coming to it and it has been announced for years and has just never come to fruition. Would definitely please me to not have to buy more controllers when I've already spent a lot to get up to 4. There's literally like a hundred controller possibilities: Gamepad, Wii U Pro, Wiimote, Wiimote w/ motion plus, Wiimote and nunchuk, Wiimote and nunchuk with gamepad, Gamecube...
The hypocrites are unreal. How is this game what is wrong with the video game industry. I would sooner point at CoD, BF, AC, Watchdogs, Evolve, and Titanfall. The main things screwing it up right now are reskins of the same product annually, false advertisement followed by downgrades and skewed reviews, lack of BC, remasters, limited options at full price (ex.online fps w/o campaign or SP or Ground Zeroes), and pre-planned (as in cutting content or planning to release with less on purpose) an...
Didn't we see Fallout 3 at E3 and then it came out in the fall. I'm hoping history repeats itself.
Some Battletoads would be ideal.
Wondering if megatons are inbound. Wouldn't be a bad idea. I feel like we have a decent idea of Sony and Nintendo's plans this year (at least for the first half), but it would be nice to see what MS is going to be putting out later this year before the other companies since the other two already have a few games being put out early on.
Edit: Wow my comment somehow feels redundant near the end lol.
It's just funny at this point. The tps gameplay looks as fun as Gears or Uncharted to me though, so I don't get how it looks mediocre.
Yeah and I especially like the tweaks in the fonts and the character portraits. Everything is just way more polished. Still haven't gotten a perfect sphere grid though. Such a grind even with the tricks.
My issue is the amount of false information surrounding this game. It was $500 million for the 10 year franchise plan...not for the single game. The game is honestly tiny compared to a lot of others. Even if you factor in servers there's no way it cost them that much to make the first game alone.
Recent clips have looked rad. I wonder if there will be intense set-pieces set up between the gameplay like Uncharted. It makes sense with the cinematic approach.
You almost just described L4D lol. I don't know if this is going to be as successful simply because it won't have the same sense of novelty (and it just doesn't look as fun).
Those QTEs people are talking about were actually not that common and appear in every action game. As long as the game has plenty of TPS action I couldn't see it getting teared apart.
Probably just a drunk person. That disagree button is placed precariously close to that agree button.
That or someone might just have a vendetta against the Wii U. I understand it's sales are weak, but it's been out the longest and as such probably has the best line up. Definitely needs this game and a Zelda though.
Agreed. I'm pretty sure the dream might be dead. Tidus' disappearance was symbolism for the end of Squaresoft. The eternal calm symbolized the end of compelling narratives and conflicts. I still have hope for this next batch of games, but Square is actually french toast if they don't pan out.
Boom. Still can't believe I paid 8 bucks for that. Should have waited for another sale.
Kind of agree with Godmars, but it can't be worse than XII or XIII gameplay. That bored me to tears while this looks to have some action elements that may change up the game (assuming they haven't trashed Nomura's vision). Plus we're getting the overworld and vehicles back to a degree. That is the most welcome change of all tbh.
Also don't want to pay full price for a remastered handheld game. I've heard it's great so that's good news. We need something good to rebound from XII and XIII. I realize people like XII so I'll get disagrees, but that story and those characters...just brutal. Oh and programming in macros like an MMO so you don't have to think or play wasn't cool either (same with XIII's auto-chain). Let me press something other than 'X'.
True. Speaking of which, we are definitely due for a firmware update.
