Fantastic game....excellent on every level. I'm not seeing the hate for this game that some people say they have.
They should have gotten a gamer to do the review instead.

This is the kind of statement that lets everyone who isn't biased know not to pay attention to your opinion.
I do love ND and they do make amazing games, but at the same time it is true that they are held on too high a pedestal sometimes...so high that people pretend they are perfect...which of course no Dev is.
I can't wait for UC4...looks amazing, but at the same time I can't pretend I don't believe that if for some reason ND became 3rd party and/or somehow became a MS studio...these same people holding them on the pedestal will instantly turn and say ND has lost thei...
Yup both look to raise the bar in terms of Graphics, gameplay...and potentially story-telling. Great time to be a gamer. I'm really looking forward to both.
UC4 looks great like all Uc's have, and QB got MULTIPLE articles from DF talking about what a technical masterpiece it is.

I purposely didn't watch every minute because I want to avoid as many spoilers as possible...I skipped around a bit...but the game looks F'n fantastic and I can't wait to play it. Right now all this PS4.5 and X1.5 stuff is all just rumors and nothing more to me. As long as the systems keep the same OS (so all the advances are still in place and don't have to be "redone" again) and make it so upgrading to a more powerful console is an OPTION...with all previous games compatible....then that'd be sweet. I'd grab one of each, but I wouldn't want other to be forced to upgrade so quickly.
I'm not sure people are saying bad reviews don't matter, they are just getting annoyed with people focusing on the worst reviews for this game...and completely ignoring the good ones. On this site in particular it's blatantly obvious. QB and SF5 have the exact same score on Metacritic, except on Metacritic it's a much more consistent view that SF5 deserves around a 78, where as QB has several very high scores, but some really low ones bringing it down...the reviews are stran...
Well I have and love all the consoles, and so I'm glad when ANY game does well, but what I have noticed this gen what happens more often than not is that it seems like PS exclusive get more benefit of the doubt when it comes to reviews. You read the reasoning behind why one game got praise/knocked...and typically the game on PS4 fairs better in the final score than the X1 game...if they have generally the same reasoning. You're not wrong, I bet the reviews are already written. Don't get me wrong UC series was a major reason I bought a PS4 this gen...they are great games. But reviews for QB are just further showing that there is a group of reviewers that simply downplay anything Xbox related and bolster anything PS related. Um....71% of the reviews say it's excellent...and 23 of the current 71 reviews on Metacritic right now are over 90...what is this new definition of "Bomb" that just appeared today?

I was already gonna buy it...the latest demo was fine, but at the same time nothing special. That being said, I'm sure I'll like the final game, FF's almost always come through.
16 out of 71 reviews on Metacritic are under 75, 51 of 71 are OVER 80...23 OVER 90...
Meanwhile on N4G, the two highest ranked reviews for QB are 6/10 and 4/10...yet SF5 had like 44 of 79 reviews over 75 35 under 75, and on N4G the reviews that made the tops spots were the ones that were 9/10 and 8.5/10...shame what gaming has come to.

Nah, that's not true at all. I have both, and most of the time you can't even tell the difference between the PS4 and X1 version...it looks a lot bigger on paper than in reality. There are people on these sites that want you to believe the difference is huge, but it really isn't at all. I have the option to play on either console, and I almost always go for X1 over PS4 due to things like Network, Controller, and UI being more of a deal-breaker than the difference in Res.
