Like lategamer says, one of the Epic developers who worked on 'Gears of War' WAS THE VERY SAME GUY who designed Killswitch.
I didn't find much to agree with in the article. Lame.
Iron sites is a really dumb idea for Halo. It's not CoD or Borderlands. We already have pull in for sniper-weapons. That's enough. And Mjolnir armor does targeting assistance so iron sites really doesn't fit the background.

Armor Abilities are fine as a basic idea but probably need to be tweaked and rethought a bit for a new game. Some of them are silly li...
And what exactly is THAT supposed to be worth? You have no idea either way.
" and why is bulletstorm written by 3 year olds? "
The same reason that 'Shadows of the Damned', 'No More Heroes', and major parts of the MGS games were written by (and for) three year olds.
The correct answer is: " make Starwars: Battlefront 3 instead."
I suspect that originally it WAS China invading. Then THQ realized how much of their studios are in China and Shanhai and they thought about it real hard and said how about a crazily redefined North Korea instead?
Meh. I hope I don't get banned if I fall through the map or anything stupid like that. Anti-glitch tech almost always goes wrong so being heavy handed usually backfires on innocent people.
"There has been a large drought of AAA content this summer and it has raised concerns from many investors that the traditional video game market is losing share to emerging platforms such as mobile, tablets, and social"
There's a lack of AAA games MOST summers. They call it the 'summer drought' for a reason. Usually it's when limited interest A games like sci-fi open world games come out(inFamous or Prototype), budget games (Earth Defense Force Insec...
All I know is that in Brick and Mortar stores gaming PC's and games on sale is a tiny area compared to those of cheesy little net-books, and consoles. If the PC market is supposedly expanding so much then why is the retail space shrinking to such tiny levels? Yeah I know you can buy stuff from online but again, why is retail space so small or why is it moving to online retailers so heavily? Why are integrated, tested machines with a name brand not selling? It's just hard to believe t...
Prince of Persia HD collection exclusive. LOL!
I played FF XIII on the PS3 and I thought it was boring and disappointing and maudlin, and it pretty much sucked.
The 360 version did not even use all of the space on the discs. Most of it was movies from the tedious FMV scenes and THAT was rather badly sampled.
Meanwhile I played Lost Odyssey on the 360 and it was more fun, had a better story, better characters and was actually EVEN MORE maudlin than FFXIII, but I was still really glad that I played it. It...
Jim is a sucky hack of a reviewer. He has been for a long long time now. I have no idea what score Gears 3 deserves since I haven't played it, but I DO know that Jim is a sucky hack of a reviewer and a crap stirrer which is why I don't bother reading his reviews anymore. Is it positive? Is it negative? Who cares. If Jim wrote it, then it is an attempt at a hit/click generating lame stunt because that is all the guy knows how to do.
Jim's career doesn't hinge on reviewing games. Sure, he's the reviews editor for Destructoid but Destructoid isn't widely respected for reviews and neither is Jim. Jim's career hinges on obnoxious crap stirring, hit-seeking attention whoring, psudeo-controversy, and cheesy stunts that hopefully benefit Destructoid's ad exposure by bringing in clicks.
That's probably why Jim spends so much of his time with generating long series of tiresome view/cl...
Sigh. Sparta.
Haze?
Metal Gear is milked.
No it isn't. It's pretty good.
I have 15 Mb/s for $35 a month now though the cable company. No data caps so far. I'm in Texas.
PS3 exclusives are really nothing very special at all. Never have been. Fanboys just make a lot of noise about them like fools.
I had more fun playing Dead Island than watching this.
