Cutscenes meh.
This is essentially an Onlive like service that rents you old PSX,2,3 and P games in a rokubox like format that also plays Vita games.
There is nothing sexy going on here. Onlive flopped. These are old games that are cheap in bargain bins mostly. Vita never took off. Lost of streaming service boxes are cheaper. So what's the draw here? It's a glob of not very appealing but readily available stuff at a fairly high price. MOst of the people who would be interested are a...

Was there demand for this? Did it sell?
I don't give a damn about this fake issue. Ubi already made a game with a female assassin as the protagonist. Did anyone buy it? Then I don't care. But it blows the stupid trope that Ubi supposedly won't put a female in their Assassins games out of the water by being an example of them putting a female player character in their assassins games. Jim is totally unforgivably full of shit on this, trying to disguise that by trying to sound clever, and generally just embarrassing hims...
"Funny that you say that, because last gen that's all M$ kept touting. "
Sure, but that was late in the gen when people were satisfied by the rich choice in each library and had all their friends on one of the online services. Those are the conditions when one can coast on multiplats. This is early in the gen when libraries are anemic and barren. This is also when the multiplats are typically transitional from the previous hardware gen and so look pretty meh all...
I would have much rather seen 30 seconds of drive club footage than that three minutes of people playing LBP 3.
This was made with early cloud-compute tech developed for Crackdown 3 and showed off at Build 2014.

Just a joke right? Nothing to it right?
Meanwhile PS3 is pushing PSNow wich is pretty much the same thing as onlive, running a game remotely on a server and sending you the graphics as a video stream and sendi...
You mean like how Killzone is basically just the Aliens Colonial Marines vs. the Jin Roh Wolf Brigade with CoD cutscenes?

If you can launch across the map with the sword trick and accidently get giant chief in the middle of the level then that will prove "the 100% the same multiplayer" claims.
It reminds me a lot of Defiance.
The fact that you move a cursor over buttons with the left stick implies that it will be coming to PC. Just having the stick page through the buttons in the UI would be easier but directly moving the cursor makes it easy to use a mouse when the time comes.
As DLC...
" "Don't like it, don't buy it" is becoming a sorry excuse. "
I don't care in the least what you feel is a sorry excuse.
" To use an extreme analogy.'
It's a stupid sophmoric analogy. Crack has nothing valuable to relate to an Assassin's Creed game not having a playable female character in it. Being "against" crack is not like being against " a game not having a female player c...
5000 signatures on an online petition and a few blog sites looking for hits is hardly "the gaming community" in any sense. Nor is there a monolithic community that games in the first place.

"Sony's games are much farther along than either of the CGI stuff MS showed. "
I dunno. Drive Club still isn't out and it was supposed to be a launch title. The Order already slipped to 2015...
I dunno man. Unlimited grenades could make for some pretty fun physics mischief.
