It won't be 4k lol. 4k movies/video, but not 4k gaming. If it were, we'd be looking at $1000+ consoles. More if games target 60fps. They were clever to say '4k resolutions', not '4k graphics'. By resolutions they're likely speaking to movies/video, and a few indie games.

As far as HDD goes, I'm more worried about SATA III so I can upgrade with an SSD and shorten load-times. 960GB SSDs run near $200 which will be perfect for me.
A hybrid would suck so bad. It would have 1/2 the power of a console and cost twice as much. The only game to advance would be Pokemon since it's never been on console in such a high regard. Every other game would seem behind the times just like Wii U and nobody would pay twice as much to play it. If Ninty wants to never be relevant again they can try going the hybrid route. If they want to dominate they need a new APU from AMD, FAR cheaper and FAR more powerful.
Chances are, NEO is weaker and Scorpio would steal it's thunder. This is why Sony is waiting on revealing at a Sony-branded event, to keep it's launch within it's own party. So they're not 'competing' with Scorpio. With Scorpio launching next year, I fail to see how Neo could match up to it.

At this point is Terra is gone and Ventus is locked up by Aqua in Castle Oblivion. Aqua saved them both as she's the only one to survive the battle with Xehanort in a well-enough condition. She just made her way out of the Realm of Darkness (where Terra's body was almost destroyed) and is onto the Castle of Dreams. Likely still on a mission to save Ventus and Terra.

From what I hear, the reasoning may have to do with Utada Hikaru not allowing downloadable versions of her song, meaning, they have to be on a physical medium. If this is why, then then songs may be getting remixed(without Utada) for KH2.9 which will have downloadable versions.

I just have to say I completely disagree with your ideas. First of all, PS4.5 cannot be 4k. You say it's not upgraded for VR, but say it can handle 4k? You know that's more than twice the power needed, so if it WAS a 4K console(which it's not, it would cost near $1000 to do so), it would inherently be able to handle VR speeds at 1080p, so if it were a 4K console(which it's not), it would inherently be better VR capable.
