That's a typical fanboy response.
Scalebound graphically did look quite good and the gameplay had potential but IMHO that voice acting gave the game a Dude Bro cringe feature which could easily be fixed. The multiplayer feature which I am quite sure was a Microsoft requirement was most likely the major stumbling block in the overall design.
But unless we were privy to management meetings I guess we will never know.
All you are doing is pushing conspiracy theory.
If you ever get to attend management meetings one of the major points of discussion at the start and during the course of any project is resource allocation and funding.
Rather than go into detail just read the reply by "Goldby".
Because the Switch has a touch screen IMHO the most important number one "accessory" should be a screen protector which should be applied immediately after you have unboxed the device. This makes allot of sense and anyone who has purchased a new smartphone (some come with protectors on purchase some don't) will wholeheartedly recommend.
BTW. While a screen protector for a TV is getting to the point of ridiculous it always pays to get a decent screen cleaning ...
So saving up to 75% off selected games (some AAA) is not a good deal. Oh well, different strokes.
I have never played the game before although I have thought about purchasing it quite a few times but since I have a huge backlog of games so I never bothered.
I will definitely give this game a try and it is possible I may even like it. This is why I like PS+ since it gives me the chance to play games that sometimes are out of the genres I am comfortable with. Even if the game is not to my liking I have not lost any money.
BTW. Teraway is classified as P...
Ok, I will concede that but he really did not need to word the article like he did. Basically, that is trolling at it's worst.
You do know that Link does rely on Boomerang as well as Bow and Arrows for long distance fighting.
Not sure about the game but many games have an intro movie?? You just have to start a new game when you wish to watch the intro.
PS. Not getting the game just yet since I have a backlog of games. Then along comes the PS+ free games and in many ways, my backlog keeps getting pushed back. Sigh!
BTW. I refuse to look at walkthroughs and spoilers in RPG's since I get more satisfaction in finding (usually the hard way) things for myself, that way you not o...
I guess I should not have got "Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the first sin", The Witcher 3 season pass, Bloodborne (The Old Hunters), Gravity Rush - Remastered and Ratchet & Clank because they were under $20 AUD (approx $15 USD) each. I guess that because I got those games cheap they must be bad.
I can understand that not all PS+ free monthly games are to your liking but you can also get very good discounts as well as some spot sales on selected games (including AAA) and if you want to play online most games do require a PS+ account.
Replaying The Witcher 3 and just played that scene last night. 😉
At least most of those "people?" can be reasoned with unlike some.
Look at any of the commercials for the Switch and it appears Nintendo is targeting young adults or older teens, not children. Let's put it this way, would you as a parent trust your child to take the Switch out of the house or even trust the child's friends? Say you as the parent have more than one child do you get each child a Switch?
It may be possible that Nintendo is trying to target the casual gamer with mini games but that demographic has predominately gone to...
Backward compatibility is a great value added feature which is basically a console seller at the start of consoles release but becomes less important two years down the time track. For the XB1 you need to have your original XBox360 game or if you have a Gold Subscription you do get a XBox360 game free each month.
That would be like wishing that Halo, Gears of War and Forza could be ported to the PS4 or to the PC running that Communistic Operating System (Microsoft actually said this http://www.theregister.co.u... ) called Linux. 😉
Insomniac Games are an independent game developer although predominately do develop for the Playstation. If Microsoft own the intellectual property for "Sunset Overdrive" then they are the ones who can dictate what platforms that game gets ported too.
From VGChrtz http://www.vgchartz.com/gam... Sunset Overdrive sold approx 1.15 million since released. Not a stellar performance but then I would not classify it as a failure either.
BTW. Yes, I know some will say VGChartz is not accurate or biased but those same people are not forthcoming with a site that is supposedly accurate an...
Even though Sunset Overdrive was developed by Insomniac Games https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... which is an independent company it may be possible that Microsoft owns the intellectual property and as such, it would be doubtful that the game could be ported to other platforms without Microsoft's permission. Somehow I very much doubt that Microsoft would give permission to do that.
Like any MMO your experience is what you make of it and the latency of your connection from your console/PC to the nearest server.
Since the game is free to play you will come across microtransactions although they are not in your face and are mainly cosmetic. I do like how the game eases you into the gameplay in that it is not all that difficult to play by yourself although you can get a free NPC as a companion (think Lydia in Skyrim who can be very useful) at about level ...
I won't deny that parents with more money than sense are going to purchase the Switch for their children but looking at the Switch's adverts they are targeting young so called "on the go" adults rather than children.
Just flag that offending article as SPAM or Inappropriate.
The only way to stop rubbish is to moderate all articles and that is incredibly time-consuming (read impossible) for the site administrators.
