But, but "The powr of da cloud" and "You are the controller" ....? Oh wait! 😎
I would say allot of people who have PSN accounts don't want their information shared with XBox Live.
In the whole time, I have owned a PS3 (since 2006) I have only played about a dozen Bluray movies and those were ones my wife brought to watch. I also have a PS4 and have never once watched a Bluray movie so having a console with a UHD Bluray player is fine but as far as I am concerned rather pointless since I purchased a gaming console to play games not watch movies.
Actually, my PS3 is now a Netflix machine although I personally don't bother with watching movies.
@iDadio
Consoles are aimed at TV resolution and frame rates. Yes, you can get 4K and even 8K displays (they aren't cheap) but most have a 60Hz refresh rate and the same applies to most HDTV's.
Given that the refresh rate of a display dictates the maximum number of frames that the display can process the majority of TV's and even monitors can only support up to 60 fps. I am well aware that there are displays that have refresh rates well over t...
Hmm! you do have a point there.
As for BG&E 2 being a prequel I honestly feel like the game should have a different name since there was only one loose end (a WTF ending after the credits) in the original game and it would have been more appropriate to continue Jade's story.
Oh, I can just see it now. Multiplayer, Pre-order (how much useless "tat" does it come with), Season Pass (Sigh!) and DLC (Well The Witcher 3 did it right but I am not holding my breath).
The one shown (Blue Gecko/lizard) first made its appearance in Dark Souls 2. In the original Dark Souls you had a sort of greenish crystal Gecko/lizard. In Demons Souls you had a silver crystal lizard.
BTW. The Red Gecko/lizard (DS2) was a trap so if you attacked it exploded dealing damage. It was so much safer to hit it with an arrow and let it scurry away.
No matter when you saw one you had to be quick to kill it for it's titanite otherwise you had ...
The PSMove does have analogs if you get the navigator attachment although you can just as easily use the dual shock 4 controller however the navigator is so much more comfortable and easier to use than trying to hold a DS4 in one hand.
You can still buy the Navigator and it is fairly cheap although, for some reason, they are hardly advertised.
Just type "playstation move navigation controller" in any search engine.
I don't remember getting jumped on by ten or more bandits. I suppose if you aggro all the enemies in the combat zone that may happen but it is pretty easy to sneak and take out each one individually.
BTW. I usually limit my stealth skills otherwise the game just becomes ridiculously easy.
Anyway, I have already sunk over 500 hours into Skyrim so I don't think I would get the VR version unless it was exceptional and that means at least an hour play...
Why do I want a low-resolution 4K display when I can get an 8K display?
OK, the current 8K displays are expensive but give it two to three years and then we will be talking about 16K displays. 😊
To put a game on physical media and/or make it available as a digital download is a decision a gaming company has to make.
It can be considerably cheaper to just go with digital downloading especially if the game size is relatively small and your target audience has access to the Internet. Like it or not the digital downloads are the way many games will be delivered to the average gamer in the future.
I would assume those PC gamers have a decent gaming chair which is much more comfortable and better for your body's posture than slouching on the living room couch.
In addition, last time I looked most humans have two ears and a good headset will be comparable with an expensive sound system. Sure you can spend thousands on a sound system but even a quality PC sound system which may cost a few hundred of dollars can perform as well and be much less intrusive to your nei...
Sigh! here we go again.
Yes, you can build this but the builders conveniently forgot the operation system (Microsoft Windows 10 is not free although most Linux distributions are) as well as a "decent" keyboard and mouse*. Of course, the monitor is kind of important as well but hey we can always use the household TV (yeah right!).
* When I said "decent" keyboard and mouse any gamer would roll over with laughter at the mear mention of th...
I actually don't use a Microsoft Windows operating system on my desktop PC or my laptop and I have never felt the need to have one.
You could try this http://www.vgchartz.com/too... which for the months of January through to June 2017 gives all PS4's sold worldwide in that period being roughly 6 million units. Now take 20% of those sales being that of the PS4pro then the total world wide sales of the PS4pro is approximately 1.2 million from Jan 2017 to June 2017.
You can even ...
Well actually Microsoft does have the numbers since a quick query (takes seconds) of their sales database will tell the appropriate people but those people aren't telling the general public.
Enjoy your two months wait. 😎
I do think scalpers are going to have a tough time with the XB1x. Some will make a profit in the lead up to Christmas since there will be shortages but it won't be the same profits that were and are made with the mini NES and now the mini SNES.
@Eonjay
$2000 USD on EBay for an XB1x? Wow, that is being ridiculous since you can get a reasonably powerful gaming rig (including a decent 4K monitor) for less than that. Still, there are some stupid people wh...
Actually, in the run up to Christmas, there will most likely be shortages of the XB1x and some scalpers will make money but if scalpers think they are going to make a killing like they are doing with the mini NES and now the SNES they are going to be sorely disappointed.
@Cmv38
You are dead right, "Without numbers, only speculation". It only takes a few seconds to run an SQL query on Microsoft's databases relating to sales however Microsoft ...
I think replying to what you said is extremely difficult and any reader should read https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... as a starter and even if they do the term RPG can still be confusing.
The only Zelda game I would consider an RPG is "Zelda 2 The Adventure of Link" which allowed the user to control the stats associated with Link. While I have not played all the Zelda/Link games most don...
