@Segata
I can understand having one extra controller for the PS4 but three? How many games support four controllers?
I also have a 7200rpm 1TB internal HDD (took it off a faulty laptop) and have just exceeded 500GB of storage even though I have over 60 games (some AAA, some Indies). Yes, I also have PS+ which gives me pretty good discounts (up to 85%) on some games as well as three or more free games per month although for me I get one or two games per mo...
I purchased 16GB of DDR4 RAM two years ago for my desktop and that same RAM is now 50% dearer. Pretty much every other PC component I originally purchased has dropped in price.
The minimum PC requirements are:
OS: Windows 7 (64bit) with Service Pack 1, Windows 8 (64bit), Windows 10 – Anniversary Update (64bit)
GPU: DirectX 11 Graphics Card with 2GB RAM (4GB strongly recommended)
CPU: Quad Core CPU
RAM: 16GB+
Drive: SSD strongly recommended
Well, that excludes pretty much all the cheaper laptops and desktops which at a guess would be over 80% of all PC's on the market.

Any human whether male or female has feelings but it is actually more difficult for women since they are bombarded from birth as to what makes a perfect late teen and adult female figure. Most females are intelligent enough that they can see through all the hype and are practical about their body shape but a small percentage do fall for it.
I think the old adage "Sex sells!" works here and like it or not female sexuality sells more than male sexuality.
I think you will find there are not that many people that really need to play games "on the go" especially on a device that is so much bigger and less versatile than most smartphones.
If you have ever looked at Nintendo adds for the Switch you won't see children especially when advertising portability. You should also ask the question. "If you have children would you purchases a Switch for each sibling or would you get something like a 2DS which is much m...
Maybe then again maybe not.
There are some games that have a Battle Royal feature as well as Fortnite which is free and available now on MS Windows, PS4, XB1 and even Mac OS. Basically, Fortnite could be considered a PUBG ripoff but the price is right. 😎
@Liqu1d
The article is sort of a "maybe".
From the article: "Bluehole is currently "in talks with Sony" about introducing a version for PlayStation following the PC and Xbox releases. It's important to highlight that these are "talks" and nothing may come of them, but considering PUBG's undoubted success over the last few months it's hard to imagine that Sony wouldn't be keen to bring the game to PlayStat...
Expanding USB ports are simple and cheap. You can even get a USB port adaptor for the PS4 that looks like it is part of the PS4.
The New Zealand Gambling laws appear to be a means of controlling something after that something has been defined in law. Basically, this is like putting the cart before the horse. https://www.dia.govt.nz/Gam... so it's no wonder that loot boxes which are not defined do not constitute gambling.
BTW. I think you need to be a lawyer to understand the legalese of the NZ site.

If you have the PC version and have a reasonably decent PC why would you consider getting the game for the XB1s or XB1x unless you have friends on the consoles that you wish to play with?
The developers of PUBG really need to get their game running well on the XBs and XBx since it will be eclipsed by "Fortnite" http://www.gamerevolution.c... ...
I haven't played HZD "yet" (on my "to do" list) although I have played Oblivion and Skyrim. One feature I did like was the ability to collect and read "books" and "papers" which IMHO added to the mythos of the games.
While a Bloodborne 2 may be on the cards I personally would prefer a new IP based on the Lovecraftian Mythos. No matter what new game we do get from "From Software" I hope the framerate is a steady 60 fps. With Bloodborne, the framerate was predominately 30fps but on occasion (eg The Lecture Building) it became a slide show. Fortunately, this type of stuttering rarely happened.
Unless "From Software" is going to team up with "Acquire Corp" https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... then you can forget about a new addition to the "Tenchu" series.
Like it or not the new game will either be Bloodborne 2 or (preferably) a new IP based on the Lovecraftian Mythos.
BTW. Don't get me wrong I love the Bloodborne game but I would much pref...
If you feel you are not that good with Bloodborne it is best to get familiar with all the weapons and pretty much stick to the one you feel comfortable with since you can go a long way into the game using your preferred weapon.
I found the best way to do the above was to choose a weapon then play for about an hour then restart the game and choose a different weapon then again play for an hour. Do this for all weapons then make a choice.

Tenchu was made by "Acquire Corp" https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... which is a video game developer based in Japan so since the "new game" will be made by "From Software" https://en.wikipedia.org/wi... I very much doubt it will be a "Tenchu" or "Way of the Samurai" sequel, revamp or prequel...
Saw "gamingbolt.com" and thought "why bother?" 😎
I have not played it "yet" since I have so many games that I have almost a two-year backlog. Coupled with that I still want to play Neir, and NiOH (loved the demos).
The problem is the fact that there are so many really good games and new games are appearing on a weekly basis. Sure they may not be AAA but I still see plenty of games I eventually want to play. Of course, the upside of this is the fact that it is easy to take note of the game(s) that you are intere...
I play Neverwinter which is a free to play MMO for the PC, PS4 and XB1 and even though there are microtransactions available they are "not in your face". Even the leveling system is fair in that grinding is not needed although the game does get harder demanding more of your time since there are more things to do when you exceed level 60.
Wow, so the Switch can play virtual reality games. Who'd of thunk! 😎
BTW. The cost of being able to play online for the Switch is under a third the cost of the PS+ but you will only get access to free selected classic games. In addition, you will get discounts on selected new games although since they will be digitally downloaded you will most likely have to purchase microSD cards since 26GB of usable internal storage is pretty limited. 3089d ago 6 agree1 disagreeView comment
