"imbecilic new policies"
Please elaborate, otherwise what you have just said is meaningless?
Personally, I liked both games, however, if I had to pick one I would definitely choose FF VI as the better game since IMHO it had a much more interesting story and I prefer games like that, although to be fair Chrono Trigger does have a decent story but it did not grab me as much as FF VI did.
The XB1x released on 7th Nov 2017 and the original XB1 released on 22nd Nov 2013 (PS4 released 15th Nov 2013 and the PS4pro on 10th Nov 2016). We are looking at an approximate four-year differential for the XB1 to the XB1x.
What is interesting is that all PS4's support up to 1080p resolution and HDR so if you have a 4K Monitor/TV that supports 4K HDR then all PS4's (the PS4pro since that can support up to 4K resolution) will output a game that supports HDR.

I do think an SSD is a way to go as the primary disk but the price of SSD's whilst dropping still cannot compleat to the capacity of hard disks. Performance wise the SSD will effectively blow away an HDD.
What may be a solution is to have an SSD (say 500GB - cost is important here) as the primary disk and an additional port or "bay" to allow the user to insert a larger hard disk so that the operating system can by smart statistics and/or user control transfer ...
Well, they could make a "souls like" RPG that has more randomness in their enemy type, their placements and "drops". Basically in all the Souls/Borne games when you die or refresh yourself at a bonfire or lantern the same enemy with minor exceptions will appear in pretty much the same place. Of course, the exception may be the drops from a defeated enemy which are "sort-of" randomized.
The problem with making a story-driven RPG is the fact that...
Maybe if they "git gud" those people would not have to rage quit. 😊
After all, think of those poor broken controllers.
The original HZD has a difficulty select before and in-game (sort of like Skyrim, The Witcher 3 ... etc). I have tried the hardest difficulty and also the second hardest but could not pick the difference except for the fact that the hardest difficulty forces you to grind since everything is ridiculously expensive.
A little bit of interesting trivia:
Horizon Zero Dawn is one of a few PS4 games http://www.pushsquare.com/n... that support HDR, so even if you have a first release PS4 if it's output is to a 4K HDR Monitor/TV it should be detected automatically although I do have to stress that HDR auto detection is dependent on the 4K HDR Monitor/TV.

Having looked at the trailer for Scalebound I was appaled by the cringe-worthy voice acting although from the very limited time watching the battle scenes the game IMHO had potential.
You will always get a few that will still change their ridiculous name to something equally ridiculous and so the cycle continues. 😉
I got the Bluray PS4 version of FF12 (new) for AUD$15.00 (USD$10.70) a few months ago since it was on special.
It must be noted that the PS4 version of FF12 is 1080p and looks quite nice on my 32" HDR 4K monitor although to be fair I do have my monitor emulating HDR since the game does not support HDR.
NOTE: All PS4's do support HDR if HDR is implemented in the game 2509d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment
Does one PS3 in my living room, one PS3 in my son's bedroom, one original PS3 (gathering dust at the moment) and a PS4 that is connected to my PC monitor count as four Playstations in a single household? 😊
BTW. All my Playstations still work.
Oh, I forgot my original PS1 which is also gathering dust in my son's room. It still works but why bother when all PS3's play PS1 games. I also have a GameCube which is gathering dust in my TV cab...
Uncharted 1 says hello. 😊
Actually, you do get a trophy in Dark Souls 2 when you die for the first time, which could be in the first minute. Still, IMHO I think DS2 has the better tutorial than DS1 or DS3 (no nasty mini-boss) although like the other Souls games it can be quite unforgiving in the later stages and in the DLC.
I found the main difference between the Souls games and Bloodborne was the fact that in Bloodborne you have to learn to dodge although if you play Dark Souls 3 and choose a lightly armoured character (eg thief) you can get a similar experience especially if you learn to dual-wheel.
Actually, in all the Dark Souls games you can move relatively quickly if lightly armoured but IMHO DS3 offers the closer Bloodborne experience.
On a side note. I opened up a r...
@krauley
Crude, rude and definitely to the point. 😊
I selected a particular root chalice dungeon in Bloodborne where I was fighting "insight" eaters which IMHO were not too difficult providing you moved quickly, then I hit an "insight eater" boss which could paralyze you just like the Witch bosses, except in this case you lost two insights and was instantly killed. Kind of expensive.
On a good note, I did get a very rare blood gem and a trophy for getting it.
It is really worth playing ...
Sorry Dark Souls 3 runs at 30fps on the consoles (60fps on PC) while Dark Souls 2 runs are 60fps. Not sure about Dark Souls 1 remaster.
Unfortunately, DS2 and DS3 are not enabled for HDR (not sure about DS1 remaster) although there are a few games that do support HDR http://www.pushsquare.com/n...

I think all the Souls games and Bloodborne are excellent with Dark Souls 3 being the best of the Souls games. IMHO Bloodborne is Different in that it is Gothic Horror.
For new players, I would recommend Dark Souls 2 first since IMHO it has a very good introduction and depending on your choice of the two initial paths when you reach Majula you can have an easier (Forest of Fallen Giants) or more difficult (Heide's Tower of Flame) challenge when you are are at a fairly lo...
There are three types of RPG styles out and they are "Turned Based" (TB), "Active Turn Based" (ATB) and "Action". Japanese RPG's support all three styles and have done so since the NES days. If you want some examples of an "Action" JRPG look at "Faxanadu" or even the original "Legend of Zelda" on the NES and there are plenty of others.

It depends on how you wish to configure your characters.
Basically, the original PS2 game allowed you to configure each character with exactly the same attributes if you wished while the Zodiac Age version only allowed you to select two skill paths out of twelve although it is possible to to have two or more characters sharing a skill path.
As an example, you could have a character start as a Black Magician then, later on, choose a White Magician or a par...
