Played the demo for Odin Sphere and although for me it was an interesting game I doubt I will get the full game.
Have not played R&C for the PS4 yet although I do have the PS2 original. I will be getting the R&C reboot though but not just yet since I have plenty of other games I am playing at the moment.
I got a special discount on Gravity Rush Remastered (over half price) and for me, this is one highly addictive game. I have only got 12 out of 16...
For people who have played Skyrim before probably no, for those that have not and are into RPG's then yes.
Not just in the US but here in Australia as well.
Repeat after me "The LED only puts a tiny drain on the battery of about 1 ~ 2 minutes". Don't believe me well how about doing a Basic Electronic course or better yet do an Electrical Engineering Degree.
The main drain on the battery is the haptic feedback or "rumble", touchpad, inbuilt speaker and Bluetooth, plus the battery is only 1000mAh. You should easily get about 6 ~ 8 hours out of one charge.

While it nice to be able to play older games on occasion most gamers prefer to play newer games and the odd old game for nostalgia reasons.
Since the PS4 does not have backwards compatibility and most people who purchased a PS4 knew that. So many PS3 owners who purchased a PS4 and still wanted to play their old PS3 or PS1 games kept their PS3. Some still kept their backwards compatible PS3 which will play PS2 games as well.
Yes, backwards compatibility is...
Short answer No!
All the games (well over 200) I have are fully playable off-line. I do have some that have an on-line component but if my internet was down or I don't have access to one I can still play those games. With games such as "Star Wars Battlefront" which is supposed to have an offline component and "Destiny" which when you loose your internet connection or the servers go down then that game is unplayable.
Even Doom has...
As much as would like to agree with you I can't.
Microsoft may not bring in draconian DRM in the fairly foreseeable future but if they get their walled garden where all PC and XBox operating systems are the same and there is only one (Microsoft of course) software store then I can see them reintroducing all the DRM policies they originally brought out with the XB1. Fortunately, at the moment there is plenty of competition but Microsoft are masters of the three E's....
"Your phone is always online"
People want to send and receive phone called hence the live connection. How else do you think that could happen - smoke signals?
Some of the latest games don't need an online connection or may have an internet component that adds to the enjoyment of the game. Games such as the Souls Series and Bloodborne which do have an internet component can easily be played without an internet connection.

It actually makes much more sense from a development and financial point of view to support Vulcan since it is a suite of open API's that is common across all operating systems which include Android, Linux, Sony's PS4 OS and even Microsoft Windows.
DirectX is a Microsoft proprietary suite of API 's and will only run on their operating system.
@Salooh
When you infer that the PS4 and the XB1 are not new gen.
Compare the performance of the PS4 and XB1 to high-end gaming rigs and you would be correct, however, high-end gaming rig users are actually in the minority but usually the more vocal of all PC users. Go to any place which sells PC's and the majority are laptops or tablets and the performance of most of these don't even come close to the performance of the current consoles.
For VR wires are both an advantage and disadvantage.
As an advantage wireless for VR would allow te user to move freely about however you also have to consider the extra weight of the batteries (probably not that much) and life of the batteries. Of course with wires, we won't have that problem.
The disadvantage of wires is the fact they would be trailing on the floor for anybody including the user to trip over although they would limit movement which...
As a person who is not overly fond of FPS games, I found the single player campaign part of Doom geat fun to play.
The Souls series and Bloodborne are all single player with a multiplayer online component where it is possible to write helpful or misleading hints as well as PvP and Coop.
I agree with most of the picks although I don't really think Quantum Break should be one of them. Even though I have not played Quantum Break and am likely never to play it all the reviews and gameplay I have seen of the game just don't warrant it being part of the best games (so far) of 2016.
One of the main reasons I find Quantum Break a mixed bag is the developer tried to marry up what can be called passive entertainment (ie. TV, movies, shows etc) with active en...
Personally, I won't watch since I have not played the game yet and I am still having a great time with Bloodborne. Those Root Chalice dungeons are really good fun, I actually struck a creature I had never seen before and (you guessed it) got hammered mainly because I used the wrong type of attack strategy.
In Demon's Souls, there are some who can beat the monster in the tutorial stage and I think that you get a few extra items. It is also possible in Dark Souls to get from the Undead Asylum to Firelink Shrine without taking a hit or dying but I very much doubt anyone could do this when you played the game for the first time unless you had looked at playthroughs.
In Bloodborne, you can actually kill the small werewolf on the first encounter but it will take some time (abou...
Actually getting through the Undead Asylum to Firelink Shrine without being injured or killed is not that difficult although it does pay to have played that scenario through a few times.
One place in the game where you are going to be injured is the poison swamp although it is possible to nullify the poison before you actually take damage but IMHO that is rather pointless. There is a part of the poison swamp where you can farm fairly quickly for green Titanite Shards and L...
He would have had to memorise all encounters including those where you could possibly be ambushed. Still, three hours is impressive.
I really should ask if this was done on a PC or a console? If it was a PC then I would have to take this achievement with a grain of salt since it is pretty easy to cheat.
Well, actually it is for the PC, PS4, XB1, WiiU and the Vita.
From what I have seen of the gameplay it strongly reminds me of "Sympathy of the Night" and I really did like that game.
As for the PSVita, I would not be surprised if the game was a cross buy since I have noticed that trend for some time now.
The PS3 version had what is called the "6MB bug" in that when your saves got over 6MB the auto saves started to take longer and longer with freezes upto 60 seconds. The only solution was to turn off all auto saves and save manually. You only end up forgetting one or two times. 😉
