Kotaku and professionalism just don't go together that well.
Bubble up. Well said.
Although I drop the term entirely and would classify myself as a videogame enthusiast. I not only love gaming as a hobby but I love discussing it, staying up to date with the latest news, look at reviews and pick up classic games I may have missed out on. I'm also a videogame collector so overall I'm just pretty enthusiastic about gaming alltogether, in a....calm kinda way LOL
But everything you said was absolutely right I just t...
@KonaBro
It has nothing to do with perception or fanboyism and everything to do with money. If the Wii U builds a solid installbase, you'll see publishers hop on board, if the wii u doesn't have an ideal install base, expect it to miss out on 3rd party games. Its all about money. If a conse gets 3rd party games/exclusives it sure as heck isn't because they thought it was "hardcore" it was because they thought it would sell.
Especially if it had included DLC considering R* was one of the few companies to do DLC right and provide tremendous value.
This game sounds very promising! But again the only thing I really need to hear is Crash Bandicoot getting announced. I'm pretty much sold on everything else, getting a Vita version for free is a good perk as well.
If they plan on blowing the Wii U away graphically, it wont be cheap.
Well its a totally different situation here. The PS2 was immensely popular for a multitude of reasons and it was also helped by the fact the economy was a little better in its prime than the PS3/360.
The PS2 featured a DVD playback drive which was in itself a reason to buy it, a lot of consumers picked it up for that very reason. Another reason it sold so well was because of the strength of the PlayStation brand at the time, everyone and their mom had a PS1 and continuing on ...
Nintendo means a lot to you, that much is apparent.
I think MW4 is a shoe-in. GTA V is a different story im not sure if that'll be ported although I (like many other gamers) would love to see it on the Wii U.
Wonder how that compares to the rumored nextbox's 6670

And he did a great job breaking it down. Kudos.
Finally someone who gave this game a score it deserved. For all the changes they made to franchise mode, they equally took out key essential features. And not to mention the inconsistencies of the physics engine. Smh maybe next year...
Bubble up. Very interesting idea.
ZombiU, Rayman Legends, NSMBU, Darksiders II
I disagree. The Wii Remote and nunchuck combo for shooters is the closest to the mouse and keyboard in my opinion. Its not without its flaws tho, without motion plus it can get a little jumpy and inconsistent from time to time but it is definitely more skill based than the dual-analog setup if you ask me.
Dag man, didn't know it meant that much to you LOL
But back on topic, I don't have any issue with what the author said. He dislikes the controller and gave valid reasons as to why he felt that way. I've had my own concerns with the pro controller but ill wait til it comes out so I can see it in action and judge for myself and be fair about it.
Hit grabbing headline for more ridiculous claims on an unreleased system. I have no issue with solid and sensible criticism on the system but saying it isn't next gen is just ignorant and if you disagree that it isn't next gen then you must not be too keen on gaming history and how the process works.
I hope your right cause if so this game will be a masterpiece.
@DivineAssault
I guess. But zombiU is a different situation
Negative bubble for immaturity.
I'm pretty sure you knew what he meant. Don't be nitpicky about it.
