We have enough FPS games to begin with. I'm yearning for something new and unique. Back on topic, the controller is fine for shooting games pressure sensitivity is really only relevant in racing games
Me too. Along with Wonderful 101 and Rayman Legends but at least they'll be here in 3 or 4 months, A 3d Mario platformer, Zelda, Mario Kart, Metroid and Smash Bros. May not be here for another 1-2 years. The Wii U has still got some quality games releasing from now til March so its not a bad start for Nintendo.

I agree it is pathetic but at least you can add storage to it and external hdd's aren't as expensive as they used to be.

Is it about all of that stuff or is it about enjoying the games offered? It is videoGAMES after all and not Video-videos. Visuals matter but c'mon now, if ur sitting there breaking down every aspect trying to see if games look better on wii u than ur missing the point of playing a game.
That's bad. Plain and simple but I guess its better to just add the amount of storage you want rather than paying $399-$450 for a system with a large HDD that you may not need. But the 8 GB (really 3.5 GB) for the basic is just inexplicable to me.
Dude, its a videogame system that has got games for everyone. No need to get political about it and ask whether the system is "hardcore" or not. If its something YOUR interested in, then play it. If not, don't. But using the excuse its not "hardcore" enough is tired and silly and begs the question: why do you play videogames? To have fun/be entertained or to prove how 'cool' you are for playing a shooting game?
The DS wasn't succeeded until about 6.5 years after initial launch, I wouldn't expect a 3DS successor until at least 5 years from now.
Add me to the list of people who couldn't care less about the achievement/accomplishment thing. They're nice to look at and if you have buddies that play too I guess you can have bragging rights but its nothing that TRULY rewards me, just gives a number as to how many "achievements" I have. I understand there are plenty of gamers that need this feature and I respect that but I'm glad Nintendo is doing it differently.

Not a CoD Guy so I'm not picking it up, not a hater of CoD its just not my style.
Imma get Mario U, ZombiU, Darksiders 2, Nintendoland and Sonic Racing the rest of the stuff I want (pikmin, aliens, injustice, wonderful 101, rayman, bayonetta 2, etc) all wont be out til next year
This backwards compatibility isn't ideal, far from it but at least its there.
