Who am I to argue? XD
In truth, I expect that what we've seen doesn't even scratch the surface (that's always the case with Uncharted tittles). They usually lead the console world with visuals when they launch and Uncharted 4 will be no different.
Why are you so convinced they had "no content to show"? Based on what?
@ Rookie_Monster: It's of no surprise that you think MS won both shows. They could have shown just one game at each conference and that would still be your conclusion. As I continue to say, no matter how bi-partisan you claim to be, in PlayStation articles that you aren't trolling in, in Xbox topics, you REALLY show what you're about.
OT: To me, Gamescom will never be...
It's like people deliberately don't read articles (or do research). For those OUT OF the know, again: SONY OWNS THE IP.
Port begging is pointless, here.
Sony owns the IP. It's unlikely that we'll ever see it on PC.
What does it HAVE TO matter? It was something I had just learned. Doesn't require any explanation.
Didn't realize, until just now, that Sony owns this IP!
As I've said, hardly anyone believes you when you post as much nonsense about the PS4 that you do. Your attitude didn't start to shift until you got bubbles back. People aren't buying it. You downplay the PS4 in articles when no one has said anything (thus, making it hypocritical when you claim others do that in Xbox articles - can't kill fire with fire).
That said, if you really DO have a PS4, good for you.
OT: In market-share, the winner is...
I can't wait to play this!
One of the stars in the PS4 line-up next year! I just want tighter controls than that of SFIV! Otherwise, let's go!
@ Septic: If the 360 was the "platform of choice" for Street Fighter last gen, why did it sell better on the PS3? I mean, I get that EVO tournaments are the one thing Xbox fanatics cling to, but the numbers didn't lie. The PS3 versions of all three SFIV games sold better. Thus, that would be last gen's platform of choice, as that's where the majority of gamers bought it.
Still, that is just a piece of the story. SFV not being on the Xbox this gen, I'...
@ Rookie_Monster: As I expected, you have your tunneled opinion and nothing else. For the record, I don't care what you claim to do/own/pre-order, your behavior has spoken for itself and a lot, and I do mean a lot, of people agree with me. You're fooling no one.
In regards to SFIV, I wasn't disappointed there either. No solid source to back up your nonsense. Face it, Street Fighter is bigger on PlayStation and that's how it will remain (obviously, since the X1...
Double post.
@ RookieMonster: It isn't a "bunch of bull". Go look up any sales stats for the franchise. It always sells better on PlayStation (and before that, generally sold better on Nintendo platforms). EVO tournaments, launch weeks, and 1.3 million 3DS owners doesn't change a thing. The fan-base is bigger on PlayStation (and Street Fighter is relatively large in Japan, somewhere the X1 is basically non-existent). You being a "devoted PS4 fan" and all, I wouldn't expect ...
I know it's been said a billion times, but the situations are hardly the same. Street Fighter's fanbase is mostly on PlayStation. Tomb Raider's fanbase is mostly on PlayStation. Thus, one of them being exclusive to a device that doesn't contain a majority of the fans makes no sense.
How you feel about 3rd party exclusives isn't an issue. I have nothing against someone who doesn't agree with this practice. But all of the facts of the matter should be la...
The few fans of you there might be wouldn't be enough to make ta substantial difference. It's why plenty of Japanese games aren't released outside of the region. In this case, it's the X1 PLUS that. It wouldn't benefit the system having a game released over here for it that will sell a whole lot more on the PS4. The X1 would see so few sales from a Dragon Quest game, the whole purpose would be lost.
All that said, since this isn't actually ever going t...
The majority of those sales will be in Japan. Not sure how that would benefit the X1.
Knew I had seen this before! Thanks for the head's up!
Thought I was the only one. It not only becomes redundant, it gives its fanatics false hope. Some have claimed the X1 is gaining ground. No, it isn't. You have to, actually, start outselling your competition for that. What they are doing is creating a solid library, which leads me to my next point.....
Is the X1 ever catching the PS4? No. It isn't a strong enough brand, worldwide, to do so. They can stay healthy, however, which is all they should be worried about at t...
