Yup if you actually click into the article the title is really, "13 new EA titles on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate now support Xbox Series X|S FPS Boost up to 120fps"
Love the Tales series. Disappointed to see it will be on PS4 and XBO as well. Tells me the game won't be truly next generation.
I would expect this to be removed from the store quickly.
@Nuvem
"Good games" do not have to be "exclusive". There are a lot of good games that are not exclusive. Exclusivity is not an objective measure for a "good game".
Only a fanboy would equate exclusivity with a game being good.
@waverider
I can guarantee if XB announced something similar to this for XBL Gold that the first comment would be something like, "And when are they going to invest and get exclusive games instead a non-gaming feature for movies?"
To me, this is another benefit for my PS Plus subscription. There is nothing wrong with that! The more I get from the services I buy, the happier I get. Whether it be Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, MS GamePass Ultimate, PS Plu...
Not a single ounce of gameplay. I'm not sure how nice that is for a game releasing in July.
Yup, just like in the Unreal Engine next gen demo there was no mention of XB and in the Sony MLB blog there is no mention of the XB version of the game.
These are examples of how marketing is becoming more and more about ignoring what you don't want people to hear. And more about trumpeting what you want people to hear.
Gamers need to be awake and realize that these are companies are trying to push only their products. They don't want you to buy...
I had been waiting for DAH to go cheap, this is next level cheap!
I can stream my XBO console and play any BC games. But I want to stream from anywhere outside my home as well. Don't want to play around with VPNs and such. Just want to stream my library from the cloud.
Ya, I can stream from a console and do. But, I would prefer not having to be able to just access my library from anywhere on any device without my own streaming and VPN.
I don't think Sony will lose any sleep over E3. And They are not doomed because they won't participate.
But, I am concerned that Sony does not feel it is important to go to industry events like this. They are not showing support for the industry as a whole. E3 is the biggest industry event of the year for gaming in North America. To me this isn't about Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, EA, Ubisoft, Activision-Blizzard, Square Enix, etc. This is about the whole ind...
I am still concerned on this game. They haven't taken a long enough break to re-write the engine for next generation gaming, but, they have taken long enough that it might be a good game. I will wait for reviews and gamers feedback before I decide to jump in on this one.
Some of the environments look amazing, yet others still seem average for the next gen.
I honestly can't wait for the day that all my devices are able to play my games.
I do not like that it is only in GamePass. Why don't they open this to your whole digital library that you own?
Or maybe both sets of articles should be banned so we get actual gaming news rather then so called "journalists" that are supposedly writing "gaming news".
I really liked this article on Hellblade 2 today:

Wish we would see more of this type of stuff and less th...
I think the hype is more about the fact that they developed Hellblade as a completely independently funded studio. Independent studio story games of this caliber are rare.
Now, that they are being fully funded by a first party, it is intriguing to see what they can create taking the learnings they had from the first one, plus Enslaved, plus Heavenly Sword and bringing that forward to a new game where they can apply everything. Ninja Theory has always had a lot of potential...
Ya, nice to see a real article about the making of a video game that wasn't just a bunch of marketing/fan fluff. Actually gave us info about the real efforts people at development studios go to in trying to make their games as realistic as possible.
Ya, yet another, XB is cheaper then PS "news article". Gamers know that XB is cheaper then PS because of the low end console price and gamepass. It is like comparing shopping at Walmart vs Nordstrom. The demographics of the customer is very different.
Good. It really didn't need fixing.
To me, this game defined the genre.
I don't personally play this game. But it must be doing good, because it just keeps on getting content upgrades.
Hope Everwild will be just as successful.
I wouldn't call this a game changer. Especially, since a lot of people don't have the TV to get to 120 fps yet.
But it is a very nice feature for those that have the capability in their TVs.
