Just as a warning, I wouldn't click any of the links in those emails. This might be part of a scam by hackers. I've never seen Sony send an email like this. Nor have I ever seen Sony ask to ensure credentials. All I'm saying is don't click it. Don't type any confidential information until given further notice.

If that's all Sony showed this year, I would walk away happy. That game should have never been canceled (put on hold). Big mistake on Sony's part
I didn't agree with the whole, "sounds like shit" statement, but I can definitely wait. I'm very skeptical of any video game-to-movie adaptation. Doesn't matter if it was my favorite director in the world, I'd still be skeptical.
This has everything to do with past efforts like Doom, House of the Dead, Dead or Alive (which was destined to suck anyways), and other shit that failed to do any good for the industry.
Heavy Rain is timeless. Even though I had more fun with God of War III and Bayonetta, nothing will ever be closer to me than HR, solely because of the emotional attachment I have towards the characters. Just like a good book, I'll be sure to indulge myself again and again to relive the experience.
Here's to the game that's redefined the industry! And thanks to Cage for giving a damn about all of us who demand more from our video games.
"Naughty Dog: 'We Can't Wait For Uncharted Movie'
I can, it sounds shit."
Exactly what I was thinking. lol Maybe there is a hive mind on N4G.
Alan Wake should have got best story, but Heavy Rain was fairly good as well. It's not like AW was snubbed or anything. Heavy Rain was pretty beast as well. Honestly, if it wasn't for God of War III, I would have chose it as Game of the Year as well.
I'm just happy Mass Effect 2 didn't win for story or music (both aspects are highly overrated, especially considering the story is downright laughable).
Oh, you mean like Mass Effect 2? Interesting...
Manhunters, sounds interesting enough. Maybe Reynolds will strip in this one. I wouldn't mind seeing some M/M action. lol
Oh, please, overreaction much? If this author actually paid attention to the team as well, they would realize the whole staff had the same ambitions. That's what made it great. Messiah Complex? That's ridiculous.
Wow, uncanny! I know the writer of this review. Job well done, Daniel. I wish more journalists took this attitude and approach to reviewing video games.
By the way, Final Fantasy XIII kicks @$$. I don't care if everyone disagrees with me, but after the first ten hours or so, I honestly couldn't ask for a better game. The story was simply exquisite. Along with God of War III, Heavy Rain, Alan Wake, and Bayonetta, FFXIII ranks among the best titles of 2010. Easily one o...
Doesn't matter. Numerous sites have already come out and said IGN was full of ****. They were playing an old build. Don't believe, just read any of the recent play tests by PSM3 or G4TV. Besides, there's always, you know, the new videos. But whatever, let's all just buy into IGN's ridiculous BS.
As someone who's played both, I can confirm his assessment. Gears of War has some of the worst dialogue put to screen; let alone story, which, by the way, almost made me mute my set (never had I even considered this before, and that's saying a lot as I have seen a lot of crappy dubs). If you view it as a comedy, it's almost somewhat bearable.
You're wrong. GTAIV looked very similar upon release. The media created the illusion that the 360 version was better by spreading lies. Both Rockstar and gamers corrected them on the "fact." Unfortunately, the damage was already done, and the media used the defense of, "Well, at least the 360 version has exclusive DLC!" They also harped on the install and load times, deservedly so. But that had nothing to do with graphics or animation.
Did you even read the article? Try thinking yourself for once. I actually agree with the author, and honestly thought he was being was being way too nice. Mass Effect 2 was solely about character development. Too bad half of it was super ******.
It felt like Bioware was neglecting everything that made the original Mass Effect good in favor of people with a short attention span. Instead of telling us a story, they arranged to have us go on a series of fetch quests in order to ...
Except the DLC for Dead Space 2 has nothing to do with the story/campaign (especially the upcoming Severed, it follows Extraction, not DS2). It's extra content they developed unrelated to the DS2 production. That's why they're charging for it. They're not doing this stuff for free. They got to pay the people working on it.
Besides, they did this back during the original Dead Space. Nothing's changed. Its a common practice for developers and publishers. Doe...
EGAY, really? They're easily one of the best publishers working in the industry today. No need to flame.
Um... except Bayonetta was actually good. I liked it more than Mass Effect 2, but didn't find it to be nearly as engaging as God of War III. It could just be, you know, opinions. No wait, that couldn't be it! Who am I kidding? This is N4G.
Would someone explain to me why darkride66's comment was marked as off topic, when everything he says has to do with the validity of these claims being thrown around? Unless I'm mistaken, wouldn't that make him on topic?
I mean, seriously, I too am skeptical of anyone with one bubble, but everything he states here is completely logical and could be backed up if given enough time and effort. I see nothing to disagree with here. Even on the multiplat argument.
EA should be feeling pretty happy right now. Dead Space 2 nearly outsold Just Dance 2. If that's not impressive, I don't know what is. Ubisoft be jealous.
While I'd tend to agree with this, some people here are actually pretty smart. You don't need to come from Harvard to understand this stuff. In fact, you don't need to come from Harvard to understand anything.
