I'm starting to regret releasing those scans. How many people are going to actually pick up the magazine now? I only meant to let foreigners have it. Now look what happened. :)
I like the system the site uses for voting. Pretty original. I couldn't bring myself to vote any of the games on the list down. :)
Why does this have to be so confusing: so many supposed delays and announcements of release dates. I don't know what to expect. First, it was bumped out of November. Then, December. Then, announcements that it would be arriving on January 15th were made. Followed by another announcement stating that it was being pushed back until March. Which itself was followed by another announcement that it had been delayed yet again, but this time set it back by eight months, setting the new release date ...
Taking over; trying to steal all the stories you normally post. Nothing much. :)
In truth, I like the site. It is very well put together, and I thought I might be able to help with reporting some of the news. Great community and all, you know.
I think Sony just gave us a really nice Christmas present. Thanks! I've always wondered what it would be like to play PS1 games on my PSP. I'm wondering if I should finish Star Ocean: The Second Story on my PSP or not. We'll see. I know I will be taking advantage of this feature a lot. This is really exciting news. I need to get home so I can download this. FFVIII in the palm of my hand. Dream come true confirmed!
By the way, I added the Digg article as an alternative source. S...
My, oh my. This comments section is HUGE! I read through a little, but I thought I would write a comment myself before 12 O'Clock the next morning. :) I can see a lot of people are excited for 2008, and why not? Sony may have the Colossus of line-ups, but Microsoft and Nintendo are just as determined in providing gamers with a bontiful amount of quality games. As gamers, it is our job to reap the rewards. So when 2008 comes, let's purchase the $hi+ out of those games.
Sony fans...
What?!? An Uncharted sequel? Did I miss something?
Yes, 2008 looks to be like a great year, but man did they miss everything. Killzone 2, Little Big Planet, and Metal Gear Solid 4 are only the beginning. Try Echocrome, White Knight Story, MotorStorm 2, Yakuza 3, Heavenly Sword 2 (?), Resistance 2, inFAMOUS, Haze, Heavy Rain, SOCOM: Confrontation, Tekken 6, Eight Days, and Afrika. Looks to be a jam packed year.
But I agree with BubblesDAVERAGE, except for the 2008...
It is really cruel of Square Enix to do this. It really feels like us "Foreigners" are missing out. I thought it was harsh enough that we would never see Before Crisis. But evidently, it wasn't enough for them. Now they expect us to deal with Parasite Eve 3, Tobal M, Kingdom Hearts Coded, and now Final Fantasy IV: The After. What's their problem anyways? They're making us gamers feel like s***.
Sounds good. I loved how balanced Resistance was. So this sounds equally appeasing. I hear a lot of people talk about it: I'm very interested in the game. Man, even though there have been a lot of games that have already come out this year, I'm still having problems deciding between WarHawk, Unreal Tournament 3, and Haze. Haze I'll probably be able to afford next year what with the delay and all. But still, hard decision. Maybe I should just get them all. Games will dominate my life in '08. I...
So people are finally buying the system. I just got mine back in October with Resistance and Motorstorm. Excellent games. Resistance is one of my favorite games of all time. I have to say Resistance 2 is probably my most eagerly anticipated game to come out in 2008. That and inFAMOUS (Please don't forget it people). This year alone looks to be gaming heaven. By the end of this year, I will have played Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Virtua Fighter 5, Ratchet and Clank Future, a...
It may take a while to get some of those games compatible with the service. It depends on how busy the developers/publishers are. I would like all of the games I own to be integrated as well, but I know that they may be occupied. I will take what is given to me. The features are already promising enough. :)
I am really excited for Home, and can't wait for its final release. But April 1st? Is this a joke? Don't play with my heart Sony. Not cool. If this is an international release, I might just believe it. But God, I hope this is true.
More people should read it. I'm surprised this went under the radar. Please read it. *Puppy face*
That was one nice interview. I just got done reading it myself after starting an hour ago. Yeah, nine pages. Man was that thing long. But I couldn't stop reading it. It was so entertaining. Those two are the life of Uncharted, I swear. They mesh so well. Naughty Dog couldn't have picked a better duo to work on this game. Kudos, go out to you two. Now, if only I could play it myself.
Did anybody else notice a spectre in the background, though? Ackward! I was reading the intervie...
Europe as a whole accounts for 710,000,000 people. North America? 514,600,000. How well does Spain weigh in the matter? 45,000,000 people. United States? 300,000,000. Clearly, America has the edge over this one. If we were looking at just countries, this would have more substance, but when taken on a world-wide perspective, Spain matters. Very much so. Lately, Europe has been following a trend where countries have displayed similar performances in sales for all systems. The UK seems to be the...
Well, I would think Europe is the perfect place to cash in quick, being as they just manufacture the PAL release, which is used all over Europe. I would think that it would be much harder to make a profit in the NTSC region, with there being so few countries to sell to.
Thanks for the reply. I don't know Spanish, so I was left guessing. I assumed the article referred to overall sales, but I wanted to make sure. Thanks.
Hey, TANOD, you should change your avatar to the one you use at NeoGAF. But yes, we need Resistance 2 info now.
Is there a time frame available for these sales? 400,000 sounds like a lot for Spain. I wonder if Sony expected the PS3 to perform as well as it did in these last several weeks.
Holy $hi+! That's my thread. What the hell?!? Don't post that. There are several inadequacies I need to clear up. I must have read the translation tid bits wrong. :) Can someone please pull this story down. Or at least update it when I get the right info. Thanks.
