I honestly don't see how it hasn't. Uncharted 3 has in many ways surpassed Among Thieve's accomplishments. Most of my favorite chapters come from Drake's Deception: Greatness From Small Beginnings, Second Story Work, The Chateau, Sink or Swim, The Rub' Al Khali, Caravan, The Atlantis of the Sands, and The Dreamers of the Day. That's eight chapters compared to Among Thieves four or six.
I also thought the story was just as good as the second's. Char...
Really. I'll give you RROD, but besides from trolls I haven't heard negative press for anything Microsoft for quite some time. I think you're stretching with the "no games" and Kinect is DOOMED articles.
The truth is for every no name site article you can conjure up for negative press on Microsoft, I can find a dozen well-known media outlets that have spouted off at Sony or Nintendo for either the breach or 3DS's supposed "failures." And I&...
Nintendo's been getting a lot of hate this generation with the "no games" bullshit and 3DS is DOOMED articles. Don't make yourself out to be special. Although, I do find it weird how Microsoft has seemingly got zero flak for almost anything this generation.
The Steam service itself is not down. Only the forums are. However, they are still investigating to see if any personal information has been compromised. There's no need for a Welcome Back program.
@gamingdroid
That's understandable I suppose. Can't believe I completely neglected Sony's best offering with the Welcome Back program.
Wow, this is the first time I'm hearing of this. Why hasn't this news made the front page before?
None so far. Check here in a week again though:

There should be a deal of some sort then.
No, I'm pretty sure Gears of War did. And by big, I mean big. Not each individual site, which that blog does not keep track of. We all know each site can choose a whole assortment of different games. Let alone forums. There's no use polling as you'll never get a definitive answer. However, these award shows:

Why because that's what MetaCritic says? I honestly haven't seen a more ignorant comment, especially since the year's not over with. Assassin's Creed: Revelations has yet to show. Not to mention, many outlets may prefer Dead Space 2, Deus Ex, Rayman: Origins, Gears 3, or LittleBigPlanet 2.
And by the way, if we're just going by aggregators, N4G's own has Uncharted 3 at a 9.4. Just as high as any of the others you mention above with a helluva lot more s...
I know. I'm counting on it though. Kmart and Toys R Us have yet to reveal theirs, and I honestly doubt either will pass up on the opportunity.
Glad I decided to wait 'til BF for some of these. Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Forza 4, Gears of War 3, Kinect bundle, and Dark Souls will be mine come Nov 25. mwhahaha
GLORIOUS!
Also, I think it's time to take the dive and pick up both Dance Centrals.
Well, there's been more than one. lol I honestly don't know why some reviewers feel like dogging certain games this holiday. It doesn't make game A look any better, especially since what goes around comes around. Someone may see this and respond with a perfect score. Hence throwing the average off. Meanwhile, they could retaliate by giving game B a low score, continuing this blind cycle of hate for no apparent reason.
By the way this has nothing to do with this ar...
Have you tried playing Batman on hard? The combat isn't perfect. At least with Uncharted they give you ample time to counter. In Batman, it can get pretty frustrating when you have multiple guys coming after you and when you counter one of 'em you still get hit. You can nail it perfectly, but it all comes down to luck.
And sometimes, Batman won't even respond. He'll just take the hit. Usually this happens when attacks are coming from all sides. Anybody who tri...
Was debating whether or not to give it a shot half a year ago. Now that it's free, there's no excuse.
Hey guys, suck it up. It's just a score. Everyone has a different opinion. Didn't we learn our lesson with Gears 3, Uncharted 3, and Arkham City?
It's why I don't trust Metacritic or GameRankings, and why people still use RottenTomatoes for film reviews. The whole system is suspect. I'll use N4G's own aggregator on VGReleases from time to time, but I find it best to seek out user reviews or form your own opinion by playing the game.
Microsoft may be throwing out the codenames themselves as to keep journalists off the trail. I expect we'll be in for a big surprise when it finally is revealed.
They gave the game a 5 out of 5. This should really be 100%. Not an A out of A+.
As proud of I am of Naughty Dog, I'd really like to see them invest in a new IP. I mean, if they do one more Uncharted at least make it in the spirit of Crash Team Racing and Jak X. Doesn't need to be completely vehicle combat driven, but I believe it should be a prime focus of the single player. I'd hate to see this franchise get milked to death as I have such fond memories of it.
Nails it. One of Uncharted's greatest strengths is its setting. Each new place they take us is nothing short of a marvel. Stopping to admire the beautifully rendered landscapes takes up at least an hour or two of each of my playthroughs.
For those wondering...
Story: 8.7
Design: 9.2
Gameplay: 8.7
Presentation: 8.5
Overall: 8.8/10
EDIT: Anybody else getting tired of the decimal system. Just round up or down appropriately. We'll get the idea. Afterall, what's more important here is your impression of the game. Not some finite measurement of supposed quality. I can't even begin to imagine what separates an 8.7 from an 8.8. What's the diffe...
